One of the best pension ever seen, really good staff, very clean, confortable room (2 windows, private bath), an amazing patio and a giant terrace!
The wifi was not disponible on our room (but it was on every other public space)
Staff were good people
Heavy noise virtually all night. You can hear everything through the walls. Noise of people talking in the reception and hall way. Noise coming from the alley way. Phone and radios going most of the night. Heat extremely awful and no aircon.
The team is very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, nice decorated, cool roof. Close to the main attractions..
but for going out you should walk a bit.
The pension is situated in a quiet street in the city center, it is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpfull, speaks English and provided us with all possible help and tips tp enjoy our stay. Beds and airco are good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Biggest asset is the roof terrace, with sun roofed chairs and sofa's, good relaxing place after a long day sight seeing!
We had a relatively small room, but then, at a very small price!
the location close to the city centre, the hotel had a nice terrace on the roof on which it was nice to spend the evening.
if you wanted to use the airconditioning (in sevilla it can easily be 40°C), you had to pay €3 per night extra. this was not mentioned before, or at least we didn't know this. the crew could not speak english
The location is great, very nice place with a nice terrace. Quiet good value for money.
Nothing, we stayed three nights and we had a great time
It was reasonably priced in a great location. The staff were sweet and friendly. For one night, with a very unfussy and undemanding family, we were fine.
The apartment was really too small for all of us. Yes it had enough beds, but once our bags were inside, we struggled to move around the apartment! It was terribly cramped, the bathroom and kitchen almost too small to hold an adult male.
Decor, helpfulness and friendliness of staff, Value for Money, roof terrace, location, small scale of establishment.
Bedroom with internal window made it very difficult to regulate temperature inside the room at night and get a breeze to cool down.
I've traveled Spain visiting 7 cities for 2 weeks in this trip. I mostly liked about its close location to tourist spots in downtown and the train & bus terminals. You can walk from/to those stations. Also the staff were really friendly with good english speaking. The price was very cheap considering all the conditions.
Fabulous location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great roof terrace. Excellent price.
Everything is basic.
I have been there for two nights. Fortunately, the first staff can speak a little English, but the second staff totally doesn't speak any English. That is very difficult to ask for the information.
The location was all right. The extern bathroom was clean, and so was the room.
The room was really really small. A double bed fit in the room, but there was hardly any place left. Difficult to stand in the room with 2 people..even harder to unpack my bag. No decorations in the room (could have made the room slightly better).
leaving the jey and having to ring the door every time I wanted to get in was a bit...annoying
Excellent location, utterly clean, very friendly staff, very good mattresses and lovely roof terrace. Supermarkets, bars and tappas bars close by. Near to Prado de San Sebastian ( airport bus!) Recommendable.
Part of the hostel is renewed, the other part might use some freshing up but still very useful. No elevator. Noise in the streets ( unavoidable in the city center)
Very loud staff in the morning time. Difficult with bikes.
perfect location, good service and great value for money
Good location for activities. Free baggage store which is helpful. Wifi worked well. Not too much else really...
Sound travels really easily in here especially at night. The buzzer for the door and loud talking with reception by guests and staff at 2 or 3am means you'd best bring earplugs. The room is very small and the only winder opens up into the hallway which is bad for privacy. The staff seemed to argue with each other quite a lot which was disappointing as the two younger female staff members were very helpful.
Good location on a pretty street right in the centre of Seville, close to the cathedral. WiFi worked well. Rooms were basic but clean.
Don't come here if you want to sleep. The doorbell is ridiculously loud and goes off every time someone needs to get in - whatever hour of the day or night. Also loads of noise from the street outside. If you are coming to Seville to party all night, fine, otherwise, stay somewehere else.
the nearest cerveceria is on the plaza on the south end of san clemente. and they have great food and it's mostly for locals. check out the savory crepes. the jamon y queso toasted sandwich with coffee is just 2.50. perfecto.
The location was absolutely excellent, close to everything and on a wonderful street. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though they spoke very little English. Loved the rooftop patio, especially on the very warm nights we had.
The room was very small barely enough room to fit a suitcase in. The wifi only worked in the lobby.
This pension is centrally located though out of the city buzz, which is nice because you'll easily get to discover the scenic narrow streets of Sevilla. The personnel is very friendly, the roof terrace is perfect to relax on when taking a break from your activities and they take good care of keeping everything neat and clean.
Although the bathroom gets cleaned everyday and towels are being changed everyday as well, the bathroom looks old and could use some maintaince. Even though in fact it's not, it still looks a bit unsanitary. Also, I have had no hot shower in the five days I have stayed here. The water was always cold. All the rest was so good that I'd come again though :-)
Good location, close to charming tapas bars, plazas and tourist locations
No screens in the windows to keep out the mosquitoes. Extra fees for air conditioning (absolutely necessary no screens). Limited kitchen gear (pots and pans). Television did not work.
Good value single room. Nice roof terrace.
no hot water in the shower in the morning.
Fantastic big terrace! Great place near train station as well as old town and Santa Cruz restaurant area. Nice singel room with big window for fresh air. Very clean big modern bathroom. Quiet at night outside. Friendly staff.
The doorbell is so loud it wakes people up. Entrance keys are not used, everybody needs to ring the doorbell to get in. All talking in the reception area, especially by staff, is heard in the whole house. Staff should close door to reception and fix so that only reception hears the doorbell.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner, although a very nice man, is not prepared to recognize the fundamental problems of his property. The location is great , close to centre, close to airport bus + other bus stations, close to free flamenco bar etc. The building is beautiful and old-style.
The water heater can only produce and store enough water for 1 person at a time. The electric circuit in the flat can only cope with a limited number of appliances at one time or else it overloads and cuts out - for example, it cannot operate both cooking rings and heat hot water at the same time or operate a heater/aircon + both cooking rings. I would expect a room costing 600 euros per week not to have these problems (which are in practice really irritating). The owner imagines these problems do not exist or are exaggerated (for example, he will claim water heater produces hot water for 3 showers; I timed it - it just manages to produce 5 minutes max before running cold). Believe me, they are not.
