Hotel Patio de las Cruces has an ideal setting in Seville’s Jewish Quarter, a 10 minute walk from the city’s cathedral. It features free Wi-Fi access and a traditional Andalusian patio.
Score from 1230 reviews Very good
Centralized location and good internet with free computer access. Free tea or coffee and could use the hostel refrigerator.
Initially got a room that was not as advertised. It was small and felt like a prison cell. After talking to receptionist they changed our room the following day to a much bigger / comfortable room and was as shown in booking.com website. No eleavtor.
A good place to stay. Friendly staff. It is located at very heart of the city. Free drinks and two computers available for everybody.
Noise coming from the hall and people speaking on the phone in the corridors. Horrible kitchen which looks like dirty. Too many stairs but it's not that bad.
Location of hotel was right in the centre of the old town which was terrific. Staff were very helpful and cheerful.
Massive cockroach in the bathroom.
It is situated in good place of Sevilla. A lot of restaurants, markets near the hostel. 5-15min of walking to the sightseeing spots.
Not much space as a quadruple room.
location (near to shopping places), very nice and hospitable staff (Whitney)
too small room for 4 guests, the noise outside, no lift
Nice bathroom, the room was warm, the receprionist was nice, there was a hairdryer.
Not so comfortable beds, heating wa above the pillows on the beds (you were sleeping under the heating)
Staff friendly especially the young man on duty when we arrived, very welcoming and helpful. Was nice to be in the historic part of the city though parking was a challenge. Plenty to see and do close by.
Room 108 has a serious odour problem in the bathroom and also lacks quietness from the reception and refreshments area because of the poor quality doors and also noises from the rooms and plumbing above and besides :(
1-I give full marks for the staffs..to be specific Oleg (for helping me with the Lisbon bus ticket query) and Whitney (for being so friendly and for answering all of our questions). 2-The location is another reason to like about this place. Its right in the centre of everything and many attractions are just nearby. Its not far from Santa Justa Train Station and Plaza de Armas Bus Terminal (10 minutes by car) 3- the 'parlor like' sitting area in the middle of the guesthouse where guest can have tea and coffee for free. Breakfast is provided with additional charges. The staffs always make sure that there's hot water inside the kettle and clean the table after we use the area (even very late at night) 4- its so near to lots of shops (shopping!!) and restaurants even late at night. There's a McD not far from the guesthouse and it opens 24hrs (I guess) 5-the room is comfortable with extra blankets provided in the closet. 6-there's a heater provided (we went there at the end of December and it was freezing at night) but we did not know that the lamp (at least we thought it's a lamp) on top of our head was a heater, not until one of us accidently turned the 'lights' on.
1-if you are driving, the parking lot is quite far from the guesthouse, at least 15 min walking. But on the way, there's a plaza and lots of shops to look around, so you wont feel anything and just enjoy the walk . 2- the bathroom is clean with shampoo and shower foam provided but there's some distinctive smell in the bathroom (smells like an old bathroom) However it is still manageable 3- the guesthouse is very close to the busy streets and cafes and you still can hear the noise late at night. But just close the window and you will be fine.
The location & the receptionist we had on the first day was very helpful; she gave us a map with lots of advice on places to see.
No kitchen facilities for self catering. Every time you head outside you have to leave your key at the desk. This is handy if you are worried about losing your key, but it's annoying when you just want to go for a quick coffee. It's no big deal but it did give us a small sense that we weren't trustworthy or valued customers.
Location is perfect, friendly staff, it s clean!
Shower , if 2 people take shower consecutives , warm water starts to cold!
Great location, bus 32 from railway straight to square close to accomodation, Central to many sights, close to tapa & restaurant
Very comfortable and clean and extremely well priced for the central location - a couple of minutes from plaza Hercules and just next to the main shopping areas. Whitney at reception was very helpful and friendly. Will choose it again.
In my room. We couldnt use free wifi acess.
The location is the only redeeming factor.
Staff at the reception desk are indifferent and ignored us for 15 minutes constantly going into and out of their back office, there is an undisclosed 4% markup on credit cards and the machine doesn't even work, wifi only worked on one day of our stay, the hotel expects a good review and sends an email reminding me to review them well after my stay. This is the only hotel that bothered to email my personal email after staying and they get my name incorrect and lack professionalism. I will not stay here again.
The room was dirty, bathroom shower and light were broken and staff not overly willing to help fix it. Bed was terrible and linen was gross and stained.
friendly and really helpful staff. Nice to get a little 'welcome gift' in the room.
wifi was a little slow in my room but worked well in the common area.
Location, recommended for those travel by foot
Public parking is far and quite expensive No kettle provided but bottomless coffee and tea available near to reception
Good location and welcoming staff. Its realy nice place, if you are coming in summer because of terrace.
The place for breakfast and hall was pretty cold.
Friendly staff Good location Good wifi and use of computers Quiet Nice showers Free tea and coffee
very good location
it has too many stairs. room was too cold, air conditioner didnt work.
It was a nice place to stay. Good location and friendly staff. They offered breakfast as well for a reasonable price. I would go back there. :)
Price was perfect, staff were very friendly. WiFi worked very well, there is a place where one can make tea/coffee 24h.
Room wasn't exactly nice - there were some dirty pillows on the wall above the beds.
Great value for the price Located close to many areas of interest Great hostel atmosphere
"Interesting" colorscheme for the rooms - blue and yellow
