Centrally located in the historic heart of Seville, this hotel has a colorful history and a charming façade. It is set in a pretty small square with orange trees. Rent a bike and tour the city.

the atmosphere and the staff
Quiet location relatively in this crowded city. Near to centre with cathedral etc. Internet worked perfect. Friendly personel.
Parking place car in nearby garage, difficult to find in narrow one way streets with narrow entrance and not much space and high costs. As much as the room price per day. Things that were defect or almost, like toilet seat.
The location was good. Room was small but ok for the price. The young guy at the reception was very kind to help me carry my luggage.
The staff were not very helpful mainly because they speak only Spanish. The toilets were cleaned only once a day. The shower room is on a different floor. The computer does not work .
clean towels & bed linen
poor wifi signal in room, location
Close to the sights of Seville. Close to good food. Friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in room. Patio to sit in.
Not able to get wifi in room
The staff were really helpful and gave me a map and showed me the best ways to get to the cathedral and the centre.
I was on the second floor and had booked a room with a shared bathroom. There was a toilet on my floor but I had to go either upstairs or downstairs to use the shower. The shower facilities were below average. The bath/shower was extremely old and not very clean. There was no shower head holder and the water was mainly cold. The room was okay to stay in if you only plan on sleeping there and not spending any time in it. I was in a room right at the end of the corridor so the wifi signal was really poor. The lamp in my room didnt work and the bed was uncomfortable.
When we arrived (after a regular prenotation) The staff didn't know what rooms give us. They were looking for a room already busy. We had to tell them that was someone inside. The first room was dirty and with broken stuffs inside. The share bathroom was very dirty and a lot of stuffs inside were broken. The second room that we booked had a bathroom inside without any wall or something to separate to the rest of the room. There wasn't any window so there was a very smell of close. No air conditional in no one of the two rooms that we booked. The beds looked just done but without clean sheets. And obviously everything was dirty. The worst experience in my life. We did the check out at 7.30 am because it was impossible the night there.
This hotel provides what you pay for: basic amenities but perfectly adequate for a couple of days. The location is great and it was quiet. The room size was adequate if not generous, the lighting good and the shower was good. There is always a receptionist on duty although when we arrived in the middle of the day and rang the bell, we didn't realise that the door would be clicked open for us so we stood in the street trying to phone them and make ourselves understood in a mixture of languages!
This was the only hotel out of the seven we stayed in which took their money up front. That's ok but what kind of a hassle if one cancels? The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning but there was none in either of the rooms we stayed in, nor a fan and it was 30c. The wc seat was loose so you had to be careful getting up that it didn't crash to the floor!
Great position!! Really close to the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and in the heart of the hystorical city centre It is quite close to Prado de San Sebastian bus station and airport shuttle stop (approx. 15 mins by foot) which was great for us as we had to take the first shuttle in the morning. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy the city and not concerned about luxury accomodation. Our room was not big and it was basic furnished, but it was clean and confortable, which made it the perfect accomodation for us.
Wifi connection sometimes did not work. But this is the only negative aspect I have found in this Pension :)
Location and price were both great.
Shower curtain rod was broken and sitting on edge making curtain higher than edge so water went everywhere. I fiddled with it a bit and got it to hold lower but not sure how long that would last. No door to bathroom (which I think is fairly normal as I've been in several hotels like that). Toilet flush was broken or missing so had to painfully push on small rod sticking out of the button hole. Window in room opens to strange central enclosed area and bathroom window opens to main entry stairs going up to reception. No fresh air unless you want the noise (which is quite loud at times during the night) from the square full blast through the bathroom window.
Good location Balcony Good room for the price.
We didn't find any air condition which was written in our reservation.
Clean. Sells cheap large water bottles in reception.
No elevator. A bit difficult to find, but that's partly the map's fault. Must leave key in reception when going out.
very excellent location-between the train station and the centro and walkable to both. i would stay here again. good price
The air conditioner was not working
The worst place I've met during my trip in Spain The reception was on the 1st floor, accessible via narrow stairs, my room on the third floor, accessible only via a narrow staircase, inconvenient when carrying suitcases. The toilet in the shared bathroom had no button to flush (???) The mattress hard, I slept very poorly that night. The entrance is a side street from a busy main street, hard to find. The 'plaza' is actually a courtyard of 15 by 15 meters full of parked cars. Parking your car is impossible. Even for loading and unloading luggage the pension has no reserved space. You have to be quick, because soon a car hoots to get through. The room was cheap, but the pension charged almost the same amount for a place in private parking garage (18 Euros). Parked my car there one night. Very narrow, maneuver difficult, minor damage to my car. Booked in advaence for 3 nights but decided to take another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. The prepaid reservation was non-refundable.
The location is good. And the Staff are very nice for help. Especially a female staff help me to reserve the ticket for Flamenco and another staff help me to buy ticket for bullfight. They are so kind.
Window in bedroom without curtain that you could see in and no hot water.
The staff were lovely, when they had run out of softdrinks for sale, one employee made me a cup of tea. The location was great too.
Lovely staff, value for money
Noisy, beds weren't very comfy, lots of stairs
Good location, stable and fast wifi. Room 301 has fantastic balcony:)
I was only there for one night, and it was fine. Convenient location near buses and main sites and cafes and tapas bars, etc.
Not sure who was talking so loundly in the stairwell, but the sound carries, so use earplugs!
Localization, helpful staff.
A bit cold during winter nights - no heating system.
This is basic accommodation, do not expect more. Best feature is location and helpful staff. Everything works but slight case of disrepair. Loose and leaking faucets, chipped paint, broken tiles, hallow doors, etc. Worn and tired but clean.
Location fine. Quiet.
Awfull hotel. Actually more like a poor youth hostel. Tiny room, beds with old madresses where you could feel the metal sticking through, a bathroom without a window or ventilation and a broken down heating system. In February it was extremely cold and it took them more than 24 hours to find a portable heater. Do not go there!
Friendly staff. Good location, Very cheap
No climate control
Excellent location close to barrio Santa Cruz. Friendly staff.
Very very small room, without a view over the street, allthough I indicated that during online reservation. A larger room, with such a view, was only available if I agreed not to have a private bathroom, which was not an option for me.
