Be thrilled by this magnificent, 18th-century, Andalusian building – a recently renovated, authentic townhouse which boasts original features, a rooftop terrace and a privileged location near many of...

The rooms on the ground floor can be a little bit noisy from the central courtyard as people come in and out through the main door. However this is a feature of any courtyard style property and overall was not a problem.
Loud streets, dusty or dry rooms made it difficult to sleep.
We chose this hotel because it was near Plaza de Armas (bus station to Malaga Airport) The staff was friendly. Hotel was within walking distance from Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar The room was not noisy
The room was small with a tiny window and a small bathroom. There was mold on the walls and the air was damp.
beautiful house , inner patio
standard of accomodation. Bed line wasnt clean, smell from the WC.
Good working wifi
-Noisy by nights! -Staff is using same shared toilet but for unknown reason they dont flush toilet after using it. Happened several times during my 3 nights stay.
Location very close to bus station, and walking distance to center.
- Clean ,spacious room - Close to bus station but little far from Giralda and train station ( 15-20 mins walk) -free luggage storage - Good security -Nice Patio
- No breakfast - Most Staff doesn't speak English ( but travellers also should learn some spanish :) and its always possible to sign-language
Location Excellent value for money for a couple of days stay.
Bathtub in a shared bathroom facility is not the best idea. No handsoap provided, we bought the next day but would have been good to know beforehand. A single lengthy pillow for a double bad
Location close to the bus station. Pretty central courtyard to the pension, nice tiles and plants. Wi-fi worked well.
Main staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Bed mattress was so old it was like sleeping on straight wire coils and I am very lightweight and am familiar to traveling without luxury, including camping and sleeping on the ground but this bed was a joke. There are several pensions close by that would be in similar price range but just not advertising on the internet, so if you have time or energy shop around is my advice.
Near to bus station. Shops and food nearby.
Rooms were clean, but could do with a better plastering of the wall, matching furniture and a more interesting colour scheme.
The system of locking and unlocking the door was very safe and once I understood it, it worked well. It would be good to explain the system with the key in the basket when people first arrive. The location was very convenient for buses and seeing the sights and there were enough food places nearby. Calle Alfonso was good for eating.
When I arrived I felt like I was starting a jail sentence. The young man who greeted me was unsmiling and brusque, but later I met the other family members, I guess who were much more friendly and I felt better. The first impression was very poor. The room was tiny and the shower was extremely small. But it was cheap, in a touristic city and the location was great, so there were compensations. The quality of sleep was poor because of the internal plumbing and the other guests.
This pension is in a good location for the bus to the airport. It is also very handy for exploring the old town.
The bathroom in the room is tiny and there is no room to manoeuvre in the shower. Leaving and returning to & from the hotel is a little strange using a basket hanging from the 1st floor balcony to put your room key into.
beautiful patio, nice staff, close to the touristic area of sevilla
very small shower
Good location with an easy walk to Seville Old Town (which is very beautiful). Very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Small. basic room with a comfortable bed. We would stay here again!
Wifi was weak in our room, but OK in the covered patio area outside our room.
Booked room with double bed. When arrive put us in room with three single bed and no window.
Right by the big bus terminal in a quiet side street yet only a 20 min walk to all the touristy stuff = great loc. The staff were friendly and check in and check out went in a breeze. We were given a 3-bedroom with access to the rooftop terrace which was really nice. The shared bathroom was always very clean, the facilities in here were modern and the water pressure was good.
Wifi is only available in the common area and we only tried it once, briefly where it wasn't working. We also couldn't get the aircon working but we only tried for about 5 seconds since it wasn't that hot a day anyway. Finally: we were on the top floor which required a lot of narrow stair climbing: no problem for us as we travelled lightly but I could see how that would be an issue with very large heavy suitcases.
everything was good. excellent position. no more than 1km from barrio santa cruz and centro
in room number 1, it is hard to get a wifi signal. No breakfast even if you want to pay a little extra
Great location, bus from the airport stops less than 5mins walk from the hotel. 10-15mins walk to the city centre.
Poor wifi. No window (just one on the lobby). Very small room
super clean, including bedroom and bathroom stuffs are nice worth the price
wifi connection is not good
Staff were very friendly and helpful, good location for old town, bus station and shopping centre. Super quiet air con setting was good during the night.
Mattress had definitely seen better days and at times was practically impossible to sleep on. A shame because otherwise a very good place. Another bathroom would also have been good as often had to wait.
Location Friendly staff (even if they spoke only spanish) Good value for money!
Staff were very helpful and the room was large and comfy
Only one staff member spoke English, so was a challenge communicating with my bad Spanish. Though we managed to get what we needed
The owners of the penison were very lovely and helpful.
Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Beds were comfortable on a European standard.
Did not know how to run my credit card so I had to empty my cash to them. Staff does not speak English at all.
