Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade.

Apartamentos San Marcial 28 are located in central San Sebastián, 220 yards from La Concha Beach. They are modern, stylish apartments with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and a private balcony.
Score from 209 reviews Wonderful
This charming small property is in the middle of San Sebastian, next to the historic quarter and with views of the Victoria Eugenia theater. Playa de la Concha Beach is just over half a mile away.
Score from 295 reviews Very good
Tryp Orly is in central San Sebastián, 325 ft from the famous La Concha Beach. It has spacious rooms with satellite TV and air conditioning. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast.
Score from 539 reviews Good
The pension gave me full easy to follow directions and there was a lift to make life easy. Close to everything and handy to the beach and promenade. We had a safe swim off the steps nearby with the locals.
What's not to like about San Sebastián ??
Accommodating staff helped out with suggestions that were very locals oriented. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Internet could be a bit faster. Went in and out a few days where we had trouble logging on.
Location Friendly staff good room clean room
no privacy in W (glass doors and walls)
Lovely staff! Everything was fantastic, except the thin walls.
I'm sad to say that this wonderful place didn't give us a good sleep because of the thin walls and noisy fellow guests.
Excellent personnel and a warm welcome, very nice rooms, excellent location (best area of San Sebastian in my opinion).
We liked everything and will return if ever visiting San Sebastian again.
Excellent location Clean room Helpful advice and printing from hotel staff
Wonderful staff and lovely decor with a fantastic shower.
Hotel does give a reduced rate in parking at a city lot that is about a 15 minute walk to the hotel….wish it was a little closer, but understand that this is the price one pays for being in the old town…so it is worth the walk.
Wonderful location in the heart of the old city. Brand new facilities. Very comfortable.
Smallish (though adequate) room. Need to pull bags a couple of blocks along (pedestrian only) cobbled street from taxi.
The location right by the port in the old town. The helpfulness of the owner who speaks fluent English and provides a map with a mini tour on it and the best places to eat. The stylish decor and the state of the art shower.
The location whilst a positive, also means it is noisy at night meaning the windows had to be closed and the fan on. There is no air conditioning. The toilet opened off the bedroom with a glass door.
We were within the walled city of San Sebastián and the view from our little balcony overlooking the lane was sensational! Prime location for exploring the city. The room was small, but comfortable - all that we needed for our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Location, service from the receptionist
Incredibly friendly staff (I wish more hotels could use this approach). We were bowled over by the friendliness of the girl on reception. Central location also pretty perfect.
Rather noisy corridor (some carpet would do a lot to improve sound-proofing). Expensive for what it is but you have to consider the very central location.
Great accomodation to make your stay in San Sebastián comfortable. They also provide great reccomendations on what to do and importantly where and what to eat. Always willing to help out their guests, don't hesitate to book here.
It can be noisey at night if you have a front room but this doesn't last too late. Have a few glasses of wine and you will not notice a thing.
LOCATION TAPAS BARS VERY HELPFUL STAFF
BREAKFAST OPTION WOULD BE GOOD
The location was great which was was we were after. The desk guy was really helpful.
The room was ver small. One of the guests was trying to get into his room @4 in the morning & made a lot of noise. It will us up & kept us up for 11/2hrs. It has no air conditioning so you have to keep the window open at night. The people across the court yard had the light on, so that also kept me up!
Great host Excellent location close to everywhere Very clean and recently renovated room Highly recommended
Location in old town Able to walk everywhere Friendly and helpful staff Nice size room Elevator Close to all the Tapas Bars and Resturants Beach nearly at the end of the street
Street noise but most of it was blocked by the window glazing. No air conditioning, but this didn't bother us.
excellent location very helpful staff clean room
no A/C small room bathroom wasn't functional noisy expensive compared to the room quality
The staff was excellent Very helpfull with great knowledge
The price is too high
Close proximity to the beach (La Concha) and being in the heart of the old town meant we could walk to the tapas bars nearby. The owner was very helpful, he spoke good English and assisted to book bus tickets for us to Bilbao airport, and gave good recommendations on tapas bars. Even on our last day after we had checked out, he lent us beach towels for use for the day and allowed us to store our luggages with him. A very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this B&B.
The free wifi was rather weak. Being in the heart of the old town meant there were noises coming up into the room from Puerto street below.
Great host very helpful clean rooms and great wifi hard to find in Europe
Can be noisy
Location is outstanding. Very close to all the bars in old town. Walking distance to beach. We were worried about noise being right in the heart of all the bars but it was not an issue at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were incredibly helpful. They recommended some great places to eat and spoke great English
Our room had no aircon only a fan. We were lucky as it was not too hot the nights we were there. Might be a struggle though if it was much hotter
The location in the old town was excellent close to both the famous La Concha beach and a lot of restaurants and bars. We would very much like to come back to San Sebastian and Pensión Ur-Alde.
The location could not have been better! The old town is perfect for pintxos hopping as well as getting to be beach with a 5 minute walk. The staff was super helpful and made a lot of great recommendations! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!
Nothing was wrong with the hotel itself but the rooms that face the street will have an early wake up call due to the trash collectors picking up the wine and beer bottles from the night prior. Pick a room in the back for a quieter stay.
The customer service was excellent the entire trip!
Bathroom/ shower had some mold and smelled like mildew
