One of my favourite hotels in Galicia. Its good points are: Friendly Staff Convenient front free parking area Not too far from central Santiago Reasonably sized rooms Never had a problem there.

It was a good deal for a short stay over the Christmas period. 15 Minutes or a short bus ride to the centre of town. The hotel has a problem with getting hot water to the top floor (s?). We were advised to run all 3 taps in the bathroom to get the water up. This took 10-15 minutes. So much for saving water!

Buena situación, aparcamiento gratuito y personal amable. El inodoro estaba demasiado cerca del lavabo y la bañera no tenía una mampara grande para ducharte sin salpicar. Internet en el hall demasiado caro.

El desayuno Me parece muy mal que cobren 10€ por aparcar el coche en un aparcamiento incomodísimo que queda detrás del hotel y que tienes que recorrer todos los jardines(lloviendo en nuestro caso) caminando para llegar a la entrada del hotel, ademas de un acceso en coche por una cuesta malisima que todos los coches tocan en el suelo.En cambio si hay sitio en el parking que tiene justo en la entrada es gratis. Y lo de los 10€ no lo sabes hasta el momento que te vas y vas a pagar la factura.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena El hotel necesita renovación. Se ve muy anticuado, comparado con los hoteles que hay nuevos hoy en día. El buffet es muy escaso, sencillo y no está a la altura de lo que se espera en un hotel de 4*

Parking gratis (pero se llena pronto). Buena situación, está relativamente cerca del centro (aunque hay que andar unos 10 - 15 min. Cuesta arriba). La relación calidad/precio es regular, creo que es un buen hotel de 3 estrellas, le sobra una.

Está a unos 15 minutos caminando del casco histórico y a diez de la zona de tiendas más comercial de Santiago. Se puede aparcar el coche sin coste adicional y en general, es cómodo para una escapada de visita a la ciudad. Por el desayuno te piden más de 9 euros diciendo que es una "oferta especial", pero hay bares cercanos en donde puedes encontrar una alternativa a un precio más razonable.

La piscina, pero no hizo tiempo para bañarnos. Ubicación a 19 min del centro andando ( entendimos al reservar q estaba más cerca). Aspecto exterior cutre, habitaciones pequeñas, moqueta en habitación y con manchas y deshilachada, olor en pasillo a comida en 6ª planta y cualquier hora, y la habitación no olía mejor.... Hasta las toallas estaban deshilachadas en los bordes!!!! 4 estrellas????

La amabilidad del personal. La situación no esta mal, aunque hay un paseito hasta la Plaza del Obradoiro, y cuesta arriba. El baño un poco antiguo, aunque estaba todo muy limpio.

Mi sorpresa inicial fue constatar que era un nh. No lo sabía al efectuar la reserva, y por ello me sorprendió aún más su precio: 59 euros habitación por noche. Tiene piscina que no utilizamos. Es un hotel muy limpio y agradable. La habitación muy cómoda.
