Nice big room and bathroom. Close to metro station. Free wifi. You can park behind the hotel there are free public parking places.

Little dark room, because all the windows look inside the building (pool area).

Having to pay for deposit box in room there was no facilities for tea /coffee in room. no bottle opener to open bottles in mini bar. did not expect this in a four star hotel.

We liked the atmosphere the hotel provides - luxury and personality. The location is perfect, We had the room on the top floor with a beautiful view on the city. The sea is close and the underground as well. There is a good restaurant round the corner.

The staff was friendly but lacked initiative to tell about things in more detail, for example, I asked about spa, they said it is available but didn't tell about the key to get there. Breakfast was monotonous.

I enjoyed our 6 nights staying at the hotel as i found the room comfy and enough spacious for 2 people. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and the restaurant also was another big plus. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, very close to the beach and easly to arrive in city center.

The gym was very poor equipped and the spa area a bit small if you consider using it in the afternoon when crowded.

Nice, modern and clean hotel, quiet zone, very close to metro station Bogatell and close to metro station Marina.

A little bit noisy, especially when the cleaning staff were in the rooms next to us.

Perfect hotel for a trip to celebrate our anniversary. Excellent location. Short walk from beach, Metro station and Bus Station, which is perfect if you're planning on flying in to gro. Varied breakfast buffet with no wait time even at busy periods of the day. Room was basic yet spotless. Staff are polite and friendly. Overall an excellent hotel with great value for money. Also note, very good little restaurant on the corner if you want to eat out without the travelling.

Spa could have been a bit bigger. Ideally the pool seperate from spa. Perhaps rooftop with spa facilties expanded as spa can get quite nosey/busy when children are playing in pool. Although, free spa access so we weren't too disappointed by this.

The room was great,nice sized, quiet and bathroom shower head was amazing with marble tops. The staff were friendly. Metro close, easy access to city and beach. The hotel spa/sauna was great and massage was a extra treat. Hotel bar prices were great for coffee, sandwich, drinks.

Decor was a bit old fashioned Location, street did not really have many things near by like bustling cafe's etc.

The hotel was very nice.

The food was very expensive and not much choice.

Very nice hotel. Close to metro station and close to beach. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast. Spa included in the price (in the case of my stay). Close to the city center!!! I recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were excellent and the location is superb... 1minute walk from the metro with the beach a 15minute walk and all attractions only a few minutes away via the metro system.

The pool was tiny and the spa facilities were not upto standard for a four* facility. The rooms are set around the swimming pool which is roofed from the top... So there is no natural air available in your room. Also the pool can be very loud (users and thr machinery) which is not ok when you wish to relax for an extra hour in the morning. The tv had no english speaking channels working and half the sateilite channels were off poor picture and sound quality. No free safe in the room... Should you really have to pay for such a thing? And no kettle... This is the first time i have ever stayed in a four* hotel and not had at least a kettle and free safe!

Clean, good staff and comfortable.

Streets outside are run down and dirty .The graffity in the streets was really bad ,but seems to be accepted in Spain.We do not accept it where we live. It was very noisy outside overnight with people shouting and bins being emptied. This ment we did not get a good nights sleep while staying there.

Very well-located, close to two metro stations so the city center can be reached easily. The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit expensive fro what it offered.

The neighborhood was fine, but didn't look safe at the first glance.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a city trip. Very easy access to city center and beach by metro or bus.

Room, although very clean, felt kind of cramped, because of the over-sized bed. After a few days the bathroom developed a moldy smell.

Obviously there are cheaper rooms as advertised on booking.com where the hotel is 4 star, these rooms are not

It was my birthday during our stay and there was a wee bottle of bubbly with a birthday note from the staff hotel after our room was made up. Nice touch.

When we arrived we were shown throught he back of the hotel through the building work that was going on. It was loud and dusty in the main foyer. It wasn't very nice arriving to this and would have been nice to have been forwarned as it looked as though it had been going on for a while. The work continue throughout our whole stay.
