The hotel is right in the heart of Madrid but not noisy. The staff are friendly, coureous and helpful. The facilities are excellent value for money. |

close to the city center, friendly staff when I arrived the room wasn't ready to receive new guests, it hadn't been cleaned.. after being cleaned it still had a strong cigarret smell.. |

The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They were extremely helpful and nice. The room was quite small and the bed and shower were also small. Since I am a small person and was traveling alone, I was fine. My husband is over 6 feet tall and would have been uncomfortable in the same accommodations. Perhaps the hotel assigned me that room because they saw that I was a small person. I didn't see the inside of other rooms, so I don't know if they are larger. |
