“I was lucky I supposed and got a room with a balcony giving on the side street of LaRambla. The Petit Palace has a great location and good internet. I do like this chain of Hotel, - the High Tech Hotels”

Lack of security, we had luggage stolen from the hotel reception while checking in, the staff did not appear to give a care about this and the feelings of the customers. The staff also comented that this was not unusual.

The location is good for getting out and about but there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in similar locations. Breakfast, No air conditioning working in the room, no double glazing although right over a street with a busy bar which is open 20 hours a day. staff not really caring.

Very good location, just 100 m from la Rambla Very noisy! Our room was just under the entrance, window on the street, in front there is the pub, so we had the noise till 01 or 02h at night. Also the isolations of rooms is very poor, there was a lot of noise in the hall during the night. Very expensive for proposed service!

The buffet was amazing! Food was very good and lots of choice It was suppose to be a special occasion but there was little done to accommodate my request. When I asked about the late check out it was denied but was on the reservation. Lots of confusion. Hotel staff couldn't give directions and we couldn't find it for about an hour. I paid for a large double room and the room was small with two hostel style bunk beds in it. Not romantic at all.

A very nice and clean hotel. Location is excellent. Hotel staffs are friendly, special thanks to Miss Sonia for being so helpful throughout our stay. Space, the space for the family room is not so comfortable for a family of four.

Nice boutique hotel with excellent localization Breakfasts were horrible! Once we have no table - 25% were uccupied and remains were no cleaned. When we asked to clean the staff did it only for us so we had to eat sorrounded by tables full of dirty cups, plates, glasses - worth to see! There is no coffee nor cold drinks after breakfast - even no slot machine to buy! But they have wonderfull garden with tables and comfortable seats. Aberration!

The location was fantastic. As a family of 5 we stayed in their Appartment and it was pure luxury at a great price. So much space and unique two level room. Two bathrooms, Very clean, very quiet. 100% perfect. It even had a Laptop already installed for free use!!

Good Location Ok Breakfast 7 out of 10 Room good size particularily with our 2 kids. Modern Decor Bathrooms starting to get a bit tired Hotel a bit soleless. Bad Discolouration of the water out of the taps.

Near the Rambla (20 m), near to the metro station Liceu (50 m). This is a quiet hotel because isn't directly to the Rambla. You have everything at hand: transport, shops, restaurants, boqueria market, carrefour market. We asked for a double room and this was impossible. They gave us two beds which easily went separated one to another. Next day we told them to change bedding as if there were a single bed and it was better.

The location was superb and the whole atmosphere in the hotel was lovely. We were on a site-seeing / socialising holiday and we had everything within walking distance. The room was divine considering it was for 4 adults and the staff could not have been any more helpfull. There was nothing I disliked about the hotel and would definately recommend it.

Great modern, clean hotel with laptop and internet in each room. Fantastic location just off La Ramblas. There was a good selection at breakfast and the food was really nice. Have stayed there a few times and would stay there again.
