Charming and ever gracious hosts at reception always with a smile and a recommendation on where to go to and how to get there! Even with a queue of inquiring guests, they were ready to help! Laptop in each room a plus!

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Free computer and wifi in room.

No tea and coffee in room. No mirror in bedroom (only bathroom). Front rooms 09,10,11 are noisy from pub across the street.

cheap design pretending to be 'designer cool' ,an Ikea hotel, 3 star NEVER 4 star, no tea/coffee in-room facilities, no bar, no restaurant, so how it qualifies for 4 star rating?

Facilities very very poor. The room was like a hostel. For 500 Euro per night I felt extremely ripped off. It should be more like 150 euro per nigh. Going to to room was like walking through a run down slum.

Good big room

Was advised on arrival that due to problems I would have to stay at another hotel. After a long discussion where I refused to be moved they found a room.

Good location (middle of La Rambla street)

Room was definitely not the same of the pictures. It was smaller. The shower doesn't work. Either it is pretty hot or pretty cold.

cheap modern "fake stylish" look. few double room (most are twins, had to ask the reception to change the sheets). much worse than pictures.

Room for two: one plastic chair to share. (this was remedied after special request). No secondary bed pillow (also remedied by raiding a vacant room). No comfortable seating in public areas. No bar. No restaurant (the latter not important as the place is surrounded by them). On the last night of stay (a hot one!) air conditioning was switched off throughout the building as management considered air temperature was cool enough without A/C. Finally, though the bathroom was well designed it included a lavatory pan with a 3.1/2 inch seat width on a large totally rectangular pan. I know of no-one with a rectangular bottom. I believe the idea is to carry through the High Tech theme of the hotel but for me Hurrah for round bottoms.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences that we have ever had. The room that I booked was supposed to have a kitchen. After having to empty out the mini bar to put our groceries in, I began to cook dinner. One pan was all that was provided and no sharp knives. The smoke alarm in the hotel went off due to poor vents on stove. There was NO hot water and we complained numerous times to no avail. The beds were horrible with flat pillows and no duvets. The cleaning of the rooms was poor at best, with trash not being taken out and floors not even swept. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Good location - Right near La rambla walking street.

I was surprised that this place is kind of Hostel or I don't know, some strange new age hotel kind. My room had 3 double beds and one big bed on the second floor. There are no normal doors in toilets / showers, a lot of noise coming from the surrounding streets and from other rooms. The condition was also very noisy. I think I was misguided by this site this time. I should have payed more attention to the guests comments section. In my opinion - It is mentioned for Younger groups of people, who are traveling together and like to have fun, parties and so on.
