the service and the willingness of the staff to change my room to a double bed (which is a bigger room), the internet connections, the modern decor and the location of the hotel the first room where they put us which is double decker single bed...the room was really really small... |

It was very small room but tat I can accept. The problem was that it was only possible to get out of the bed by creeping out. The bed was placed at the wall and only one side has access to the floor. This isn't possible to read from the webpage |

Location is very good, 15 min walk to the old center, 5 min to river and shopping streets and centeres, it was peaceful at night, room had flat tv screen and a laptop. Good choice to stay. Room was really small, but it isn't really a problem. |

The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, it was the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the room connected to the internet 7/24 and for free. A bit small but very clean rooms, comfy bed, not a noisy area, breakfast not included in price but it is ok |

very impressive modern hi-tech facilities in room (laptop, fridge, high end shower, lcd tv), rooms facing the inner courtyard are very quiet while in the middle of a noisy city, beds are comfortable, highly recommended phone calls made from the room (even local calls) can be extremely expensive |

value for money the aircon did not work in the 1st room but the staff changed our room immediately. The shower screen leaked so the bathroom was flooded after a shower. |
