Bed was extremely uncomfortable. They refused to keep our bags for a few days between our stays with them so that we could tour with less luggage.
Good location, friendly staff and clean.
No tea/coffee making facilities or room service, would expect one of these for the cost. No mirror in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom which was useless once steamed up. No bar. Should be advertised as guest room rather than a 4* hotel.
A clean and simple hotel in central Madrid. Good breakfast. Good value for money.
It was cold in Madrid but you cannot blame the hotel for that... ;-)
The location is very good. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast quality & quantity is excellent. WiFi is very good
The annual maintenance of the water pipes was done during my stay, this led to brown water for one full day!! also the hot water was off for the same period. very inconvenient.
Bed, pillows, shower, breakfast
Hotel is located in the middle of the center. Staff is very friendly. Double room small but nice. Room overlooking the inside courtyard was very quiet.
Wi-fi didn't work the first day, and worked slow the rest of the time. Breakfast not good enough for being a 4 star hotel. Didn't like the glass door between the bathroom and the bedroom, it's almost like not having a door at all.
Breakfast is good, nice and clean hotel, in the neighbourhood of Puerta del Sol (citycenter).
Had to activate the (room) access-card every single day.
Breakfast is great, everything written on the information is correct, big, confortable room.
Bathroom was really cold, they should add slippers to rooms.
Very good location, staff were frandly and helpfull, bed was comfortable, in room was low, good protection from street
staff so kind and full of kind intentions - best Madrid location - quality of beds, cleanliness - perfect choice for enjoying the heart of Madrid's real life- a must!
our stay was too short indeed to enjoy this hotel properly! but I will soon return....
Great location, no noise from the street and great room. Didn't have the breakfast as we were happy eating out and it did seem expensive.
Some people kept knocking on next doors room at 7:30am and in a loud voice repeating "are you awake are you awake"!!! We are now thanks, haven't they got a mobile!!! Not the hotels problem though.
Location, location, location
No coffee making facilities in the room.
Location, comfort room and bed, bathroom facilities
Hot food at breakfast poor, continental breakfast good
The location is perfect. Steps from plaza mayor. The staff attentive and helpful. The best shower ever! The room had 2 bathrooms - perfect for family with a double and 2 bunk beds. The breakfast was tasteful and the cost reasonable.
The double bed were two sibhle put together. As there was not a matress to hold them together in the end they tend to split
- Location amazing, just off of Plaza Mayor - Breakfast excellent - Staff helpful - Hotel looks great - Rooms very comfortable - Shower is amazing (no, seriously...it is fantastic)
- No complaints. We will definitely come back here again!
Very confortable, just behind the Mercado San Miguel.
Bathroom without extractor fan
Breakfast and staff
Rooms are very small...borderline claustrophobic. Not a fan of the modern style, but that's just me.
Location, size of room anf fabulous bathroom
Room was very warm for November
Very well situated and friendly. Room was clean. Staff extremely helpful.
Room had no tea or coffee making facilities. The bed was rather hard, and room only had one plastic chair. The choice of breakfast was limited and there were not enough tables at the weekend. The bathroom had no extractor fan and smelled stale. Also noise from reception late at night (we had a ground floor room).
Locality as near to many restaurants and within walking distance to many interesting buildings.
No tea or coffee making facilities in our room and perhaps a few more English tv channels.
Great place. Very modern and just great. Welcome from receptionist and experience on departure great. Breakfast was excellent. The location is fabulous. So close to everything. Market place - food court just across the road is fabulous. Went there a few times in our 2 day stay. Bit of a dampener though when the man standing beside me got his pocket picked. Beware. Highly recommend this hotel.
