Location.. My daughter (45) thought it was hip and up to date What I did not like was the fact the shower was slippery and there were no hold bars.... Fortunately, I bring my own bath mat... Looks like a law suit..watiing to happen...(for those who come unprepared).

we loved the rooms as they were so big we had the family room. we loved the location as we were able to walk to most places. over all it was fab! and we would use it again, and have already told friends to use it on there next visit! thanks to all for making our stay so good! we have nothing bad to say about the hotel!!!!

The friendly and helpful staff. It was in a good position especially for Placa Catalunya,Ramblas de Catalunya, La Rambla , Barri Gotic and loads of restaurants etc. I am about to book a group of travellers in the Petit Palace Museum due to our good experience. My only comment is that we stayed for 3 nights, moved to Valencia, We then returned and the second bedroom was nicer than the first due to all lights working correctly and layout.This would not stop us returning.

The hotel was centrally located.. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size.. Stayed there 2 nights with my 12 year old daughter.. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was attractive and comfortable, but the most important positive for me was the extreme helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to take care of anything I needed - directions, an electrical converter kit, help with my safe, etc. The location was also excellent - within blocks of Plaza Catalunya where I could get on the metro, the bus to the airport, to great restaurants or shops. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Barcelona!

The best hotel for people, who wants to see Barcelona. Very good location, excellent service, good WIFI connection, and beautiful interior. Loved it very much and stayed there twice. Have a city parking near with a good hotel discount.

One of the best hotels we have stayed as a couple. My husband said "wow" upon seeing the room I booked as a Christmas pressie for him. We received a complimentary champagne and chocolates from the manager. We will definitely go back and stay again in this hotel as the location is in the heart of Barcelona's many main sights.

I like the location of the hotel. You are close to everything: Shopping, Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla, Port Vell, and around 10 minutes to Barcelona Sants Train and Bus Station, etc I didnt like the room type that was given to us. Although we were given a balcony, there were 2 stairs down to get to its door. It was dark at night and I fall down these stairs, thank God no bones were broken! I dont recommend the rooms with balconies at all!

It's design was very updated and techy. The halls had blue lights and the downstairs was totally wired with glass and electronic everything. It's location was impeccable. Diputacio is right near all the gay bars as well as the main shopping area of town, Las Ramblas. It's only a few blocks from Passeig De Gracia and Plaza Catalonia. The front desk personnel made a few errors on my booking, charged me for cancelling 2 days after I had already checked in, then tried to argue when I checked out early because of this.

The dafe were extremly helpful and friendly. The room was modern, clean and had excellent facilities. We had our own laptop in our room and free wireless. I like how the safe worked as well using a bank card rather than a key. The room was warm and cosy. Excellent location only 5-10 minutes walk from the ramblers, easy access to the marina, shops, and historic sites.

We stayed in the junior suite which given it was in the centre of Barcelona and had a roof top terrace, with jacuzzi, was outstanding. We could not believe our luck to have found such a perfect spot and room to celebrate our marriage. We will definetly be going back there as long as we can get the junior suite again.

Well-located hotel with impressive design. Laptop in the room with free internet and wi-fi; free bike hire; very modern design, but the bathroom only has a swinging opaque glass door offering limited privacy. Friendly, helpful staff. Ideally located for Ramblas, Gaudi, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family (2 adults+3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was centrally located, but quiet. It was easy to catch the double decker tour bus and see the sites, restaurants were in walking distance, and the neighborhood felt safe. The staff was excellent - very helpful with orienting us where we needed to go, and calling a taxi when we were leaving for the airport. The rooms was amazing - we got upgraded to a jacuzzi suite when the hotel became overbooked. We all loved the free in room wifi, and the lovely well appointed and stylish rooms. It was a great hotel in a beautiful city.
