Hard to find even local police not sure, not enough storage space and can't reach towel rail?

I like the comfort of the room

I did not like how breakfast was not included, and that even domestic
calls were charged to the room

very Central, having a laptop in the room was excellent. Power shower was fantastic. This would be a great hotel for business traveller.

Lack of evening restaurant and Bar. Choice of food locally was terrible and all our party were dissapointed with restaurants locally. We tried many. The hotel was best part of stay

the locality, right in the heart of the old quarter, the outside of the buildiing and the superb room with its facilities and the quiet

Location. Small hotel. Rate.

The orange carpets in the hallway areas are quite stained which gives a bad impression overall when walking to and from room. Wooden floors would be better. We aways chose our room based on it not having carpets but wooden floors so this was good that the room did not also have the stained carpets.

A quite stunning development of a beautiful old palace in the heart of the old town, a lap top in every room was a bonus. Fantastic shower and bathroom.

It would have been good, in this very hi tech hotel, if there had been more English TV channels than BBC World news. The wirlpool/jacuzzi bath controls did not work despite being reported no one attended to find out the reason

Too Sterile .... No comfortable chairs in the lobby...very stark.... not inviting .... lighting in dining area incredibly bright.
