would have appreciated a bin in bedroom.

The location was perfect, we were close to all the important sites in old madrid. Staff was great and friendly and it was right beside trapsatur tours. I will go back there again.

The staff...they were so helpful and very nice.

It seems that all of the beds in Spain are hard... The hotels could improve on this. I was on a tour and almost every hotel with the exception of a few were very uncomfortable.

Hotel was in a good location, close to metro. Rooms were a good size and did include a functioning laptop with internet. Hotel had an elevator, which not all European hotels have. Shower was large with good water pressure.

The beds were hard and the laptop in the room was slow and missing keys.

The hotel location is excellent. Only few minutes walk from all the main turist places. There are lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. The wi-fi connection is excellent. The hotel room is very beautiful and comfortable, as well as very clean. Also the service is excellent. I hope to be back soon! Thank You Very Much!

Friendly and helpful staff who paid attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable and I was thrilled by the little guesture of the apples and wine upon my arrival.

The main hotel elevator was not working. We had to take the service elevator or stairs during our stay at this hotel.

Was a very good stay. Very friendly staff, super position next Gran Via, very quite and clean. Very recomended.

Central location.

1. The hydroshower was not useable as it flooded the bathroom - even in normal shower mode left whole bathroom very wet! 2. Only mirror was in bathroom which due to above made doing make up/ hair etc difficult. 3. Laptop computer did not function as mouse did not work. 4. Breakfast - buffet was not replenished therefore if not down early choices very limited.

Reception desk were polite and very helpful. They tried to accommodate your every need. Central area. Clean. Coffee facilities at reception are very convenient after a long day of touring.

Location/comfort/price.

I stayed in this hotel back in September 2010 for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic being in close proximity to most of the major attractions in town. The hotel staff were very friendly though and the bathroom in our room was quite good.

The hotel was fully booked so we got a room in the ground floor. The room was OK in size however it was very dark and depressing. The weather in Madrid during our stay was cold and rainy and this reflected to our room as well. The room was freezing cold. Another big disappointment was the beds. They were far from being comfy. All in all, I will look into booking another hotel for my next trip to Madrid.

My husband and I stayed with our 11-month old baby for 5 nights there. Everything was excellent: the staff, the room, the food, and the location. The inside view of a courtyard was beautiful! We will stay there again next time. I really recommend this hotel to anyone.

Posizione ottima rispetto alla zona per lo shopping e al centro in generale. Comoda a metro e bus.

camera familiare minuscola, niente cambio degli asciugamani per 3 giorni, reception praticamente inesistente, al nostro arrivo la stanza puzzava di chiuso e piedi, la doccia era un po' sgangherata

Camera molto molto rumorosa.fino alle 6 di mattino si sentono addirittura le voci dei passanti per no parlare di automobili e sirene di ambulanze e quant'altro.bagno niente di speciale.connessione wifi gratuita ma molto molto lenta.niente di speciale.quasi deluso,eppure blasonato con 4 stelle.non ci torneremo più!

Excelente ubicación, parada de bus en la puerta y de metro a 25m., los teatros a 2 minutos. El personal muy amable y la habitación para los 4 suficiente. El diseño es moderno y no está estropeado. Repetiremos

Estaba realmente sucio, el baño, la moqueta... Hasta un caramelo pegado en la ventana! Me dieron una doble cuando yo habia reservado una familiar.

es muy céntrico, cerca de todo para ir con niños muy bien porque las habitaciones están preparadas para ir con ellos

la ducha pq es un poco incomoda se moja todo y no tragaba bien el agua

Keihard bed Airco werkt niet in de wintermaanden (tm maart), terwijl het hotel zelf bloedheet is. Donker en somber stemmend ingericht. We sliepen aan de achterzijde ivm verkeerslawaai. Maar de airoc's van nabijgelegen hotels kunnen er ook wat van. En omdat je wel met het raam open moet slapen ben je aangewezen op oordoppen.

Quarto muito quente, sem puder regular o ar condicionado. Televisão com poucos canais e a sintonia má. Para um hotel 4* o quarto deveria ser melhor.
