Location is central to Gran Via of Madrid. The hotel is in walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to us. The hotel was comfortable, clean and suited us for our requirements on trip to Madrid
Our replacement room was excellent
Our first room was noisy
In tourist Madrid, you get to every place walking, not even in Metro.
Bed was hard, after walking 8 hours a day, you need something confortable.
Great location, they keep luggage for free on the checkout day
Wifi is weak, the room is a bit smaller than it looks in photos, the room on the very top floor has tilted roof so avoid it if possible
Helpful staff, location, very good clean rooms.
Too thin walls little noisy.
The location and the late breakfast.
I felt very welcomed at the hotel. Very nice staff. Clean rooms and spacious. Loved the bed, very comfortable in my opinion.
Costumer service was excellent, anything We needed they were able to help us and I appreciate that. Breakfast was ok!
I would suggest a better dishwasher, the breakfast was good but I had to choose plates or glasses. And also the rooms need no be cleaned better, (curtains and carpet) but it was not that bad.
Great location, helpful staff, clean room and spacious toilet/shower.
wifi was not working in hotel where they named it as "tech" and pitiest thing is nobody was available to reset the wireless modem. I had to use my own internet capabilities to be ready fro the next day's meeting....
Over all ok ... But to me the room was to dark and the airconditioner was very poor , could not say there again if air con, was not improvement on ... Food not very good !!
Generously sized room for location, modern, nice showers, staff very kind and helpful, even had Halloween gifts for our kids, and a coloring corner for them
Our room had a really unpleasant smell, but we were so tired we didn't complain about it, so I can't report how the hotel would have dealt with it.
Hotel just off Gran Via, so good central location. Staff helpful when approached. Room quiet.
Breakfast poor choice. Room small.
Very good location, nice staff and good services nice breakfast
The bed wasn't comfort at all the wool blanket wasn't cover with sheet, in the room no a big mirror
Condition of the room, shabby furniture, almost broken bed, very old and overused!
The staff excellent The breakfast was ok
One small elevator
good location, friendly stuff
Good location, with decent room quality.
Breakfast cleanliness was very bad, there were particles in every glass and plate.
Great location. Very nice staff. Clean and modern.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. We decided to go to the Real Madrid stadium and the front desk explained everything from getting us tickets to how to get on to the Metro. Very patient since our Spanish is rusty. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
The air conditioning worked slowly and at times the room was warm. The bathroom was small for our family of 4 but that is expected in Europe. The shower's water pressure was great but the lack of a real shower curtain/ door made for a pretty wet bathroom-also a pretty common thing in Europe.
Just around the station. Very near to Plaza Espana.
Considering the price, breakfast is not good.
A lovely building and excellent location. A gorgeous hotel foyer which was good to sit in on a wet day that I experienced whilst in San Sebastián. The room was immaculate and well maintained. The restaurant faced the beach and had a beautiful view of the water.
The room was very small and close to the lift. The lift is an old-style lift requiring 2 lots of door to be opened. It was very noisy at night. It was hard to get a table for breakfast so I had to go elsewhere for 3 of the mornings I was there.
We enjoyed that we were in the heart of the city, yet it was still quiet and peaceful in our room.
We disliked the glassed in bathroom with the swinging glass door. The bathroom door does not close fully which allows smells to permeate the entire room.
