good location, friendly stuff
Good location, with decent room quality.
Breakfast cleanliness was very bad, there were particles in every glass and plate.
Great location. Very nice staff. Clean and modern.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. We decided to go to the Real Madrid stadium and the front desk explained everything from getting us tickets to how to get on to the Metro. Very patient since our Spanish is rusty. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
The air conditioning worked slowly and at times the room was warm. The bathroom was small for our family of 4 but that is expected in Europe. The shower's water pressure was great but the lack of a real shower curtain/ door made for a pretty wet bathroom-also a pretty common thing in Europe.
Just around the station. Very near to Plaza Espana.
Considering the price, breakfast is not good.
A lovely building and excellent location. A gorgeous hotel foyer which was good to sit in on a wet day that I experienced whilst in San Sebastián. The room was immaculate and well maintained. The restaurant faced the beach and had a beautiful view of the water.
The room was very small and close to the lift. The lift is an old-style lift requiring 2 lots of door to be opened. It was very noisy at night. It was hard to get a table for breakfast so I had to go elsewhere for 3 of the mornings I was there.
We enjoyed that we were in the heart of the city, yet it was still quiet and peaceful in our room.
We disliked the glassed in bathroom with the swinging glass door. The bathroom door does not close fully which allows smells to permeate the entire room.
location. Very close to Metro, to the Royal Palace, to Grand Via, excellent!
the hotel needs some update. Worn carpets in the corridors and rooms, thorn curtains, missing lights, damaged furniture.
The location. Breakfast from 6.30 - 10.30 Breakfast generous though cold buffet mostly.
Rooms tiny for two people. Also, there is only a glass door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room - hence not allowing a lot of privacy. Wi-fi, at our room, often not working because of disrupted signal.
great location, great service, very clean , cute design
wifi wasn't great, and we had noisy neighbors down the hall with kids.
The bed was a bit too firm.
Excellent position, good breakfast, excellent service, kindness, "Spanish" warmth
Too little room, little space to move (a kids coat was added for our son), poor equipment, no room decoration, paintings, etc.
The place was very good. Just 1m walk to the gran via.
The AC was disaster. Just hot air on winter and cold on summer. There is a botton in the room but the only thing that you can make is on or off. I need to open the window during the night otherwise i couldn't sleep. Is not a 4* hotel.
Very central location Helpful staff
So close to everything. Only 3 doors away from our tour departure point. Staff very helpful
Shower leaked everywhere, soaking the rug outside the bathroom. Room was on the small side. Internet was terrible.
Fair value for city hotel. Good breakfast.
The location is perfect. Close to a tube station and famous gran via Street.
Rooms are old and need renovation
Shower did not work properly
the location is great the room space is convenient the staff are very helpful houskeeping is ok
the elevator needs lots of maintenance
The hotel seemed clean
Dark, dark decor. No coffee or tea making facility in room. Reception looks cramped and poor when you enter for first time...it makes a poor impression
The "high tech" facilities and pleasant efficient staff.
The noise from the next door hotel - we think - that went on all night. // The cramped conditions with the 3rd bed in the room. i.e. it was merely a double room with extra bed not a 3 bedded room.
This Hotel when we got there looked dingy. we checked in and I quickly changed my perception. the staff were very helpful and the room was awesome. real value for money. location was awesome and there is a really get supermarket 100m away to get you reasonably priced stuff. Restaurants and bars are about 5 mins walk.
