Everything matches the needs of the guest. I was enjoying my stay.
Minor remark: for business guests an earlier breakfast could be nice, i.e. 7am instead of 7:30. Time was too short to explore all the variety provided...
Location, decor, size of room and bed.
The outside patio area could have been managed better. Bar did not open until 7.30. The area was very hot. perhaps a fountain could be installed which would enhance the decor but also provide a cooling atmosphere.
This is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. You get free bikes which is great as there are not many hire places around.
Very comfortable stay Smiley, friendly and collaborative staff
location is central, right next to metro station on a lively square with a lot of bars and restaurants (it was not noisy in the room); interesting design and room decorations
room cleaning needs some improvement
Everything about this hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and cosy and it is located very close to the shopping district.
The process of checking in was very slow. We had been travelling for a few hours and had to wait almost half an hour to get to our room. They could hire more efficient staff. Apart from that no complaints :)
Not having free internet
- staff courtesy and efficiency - location - easy access to public transport - easy access to eating places - cleanliness - layout and design of bedrooms
Our room was more spacious and luxurious than we expected. The bathroom was huge with a very large shower and a choice of jets! The WiFi was great and we even had a laptop in our room! I must mention the staff - they were very helpful and went out of their way to oblige. Breakfast buffet was good although a negative was that the hot food was only warm no matter what time we went to eat. Although the location was not in the centre of the city it was very close to the metro and bus network and most attractions were within easy walking distance for the moderately fit. There was a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops close by.
The fridge in the room was not ventilated and the door to the cupboard it was built into needed to be left open or it was not effective. It was disappointing that tea/coffee making facilities were not provided in our room.
really nice，would definitely recommend
Friendly staff - always with a smile and happy to assist
cleanliness - bathrooms were not cleaned daily
Staff not friendly or attentive to guests needs, very uncomfortable beds, poor value for money.
Family room for 4 - spacious and comfortable. Some family rooms are equipped with bunk beds, which seemed a little dangerous. The hotel kindly arranged for a different room with ground-level beds. Quiet courtyard for drinks and snacks.
Clean, functional and good wifi in this perfectly located hotel.
Courtyard can be noisy.
Location is good, very convenient.
Very noisy at night. Lots of restaurants and pubs around. There were drinkers making noise every nights.
Excellent hotel. The room was spacious, airy, modern (it even included a laptop). Perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable, and we got a great night’s sleep—no noise at all. (We took others’ advice and asked for a room on the top floor over the courtyard; not a sound all night, or in the late afternoon when we took a siesta.) The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They gave us highly useful advice about the neighborhood, checked on whether the restaurant we had in mind was open on Sunday, and answered all our other questions with enormous patience. They even offered to print out our boarding passes for us. The metro is steps away, and the trip to the airport was a painless 30 minutes. Breakfast is expensive (10€ per person) but worth it—an enormous, high-quality buffet. We made breakfast AND lunch out of it. I recommend the hotel very highly, and wouldn’t think of staying elsewhere if I return to Madrid.
No complaints--it was a great experience.
It was a really modern hotel, clean and nice staff. Good location as well. Very nice design
location, helpful staff
a bit of street noise; not very private to have your curtains open
No breakfast in the daily rent
Great room. Perfect location.
