location, staff, facilities
there's sort of smell in the room
I like the location in st Cruz area but it is very difficult to find the hotel for not enough signs since all the small alleys are similar!
The room is too small and difficult to locate large luggage! No hangers or facilities in the toilet to put the clothings during bath!
loved the area set in the old town ,
free bikes free guided tour in the city
shower: floor got wet
Breakfast was good, sometimes limited as to food availability. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.
The facility is getting tired and daily room cleaning is minimal. A triple is a bigger double with a single bed moved in making the room very tight,
Location close to Cathedral and Old Town. Free Wifi Good Breakfast Comfortable bed
Open Bar didn't really exist -despite notices. Nespresso machine in room only had 1 free coffee capsule provided and none available to buy at reception...despite notice in room. Strange jacuzzi bath -didn't work. Impersonal.
Modern, well located, very pleasant staff
Ground carpet smelly Poor breakfast
Room offered to us from you was bad, on the road and tiny, but then we were offered a better room facing the courtyard and better space. Staff, quick attentiveness especially the one receptionists (ladies). Clean Breakfast was good but small in area. If you get there early, there is space and food, however at rush time, neither space nor food. We were just in time.
The orange colour decoration in the room - dreadful. Slightly worn out carpets.
The noise! - Every night a lot of containers in front of the hotel are cleaned. - The street in front was broken up; workers made it stone for stone.
attitude of staff, poor air conditioning, small breakfast room, basic breakfast
Great breakfasts - freshly squeezed orange juice and terrific sausages! Splendid location - everything just around the corner!
The wifi was one of the worst I've seen in Spain - we stayed on the second floor and it was painfully slow No parking
sl hard to bed
Convenient to the centre
You could smell other travelers smoking in their rooms.
Great sized rooms, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, brilliant shower, nice courtyard for drinks during the day
Unfortunately our room was right next to road works which woke us up.
Location was good, comfort as good.
When you check pictures of the hotel, the carpets on the floor in the rooms cannot be seen clearly and you can understand that they are like wooden floors. Carpets are really dangerous for those who have asthma. My wife has asthma and strong allergy problem which caused her not to breathe or sleep in that hotel. Carpets must be mentioned in the information of hotel, we are not supposed to call them to check! Or, they can be changed to anti-allergic ones and must be cleared better and better! The second negative part was parking, they offer a parking nearby with a daily-cost of 22 euros!!! They have no arrangement with parking services and when you ask about a cheaper place, the lady in the reception knows nothing! I searched on the web and found a place for 12 euros just 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by walking so it worths to park there! There was a receptionist when we arrived who was like a robot, she must be changed! She was the one knows nothing about parking! We stayed 2 nights and we had to search and find and stay in another hotel because of asthma problem.
Excellent situation-very easy to walk to many places of interest. The décor is modern and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The staff were eager to please and informative. Breakfast was good value.
Although our room was adequate for our needs-if we stayed again we would request a larger room.
The location is excellent and the free bikes are an added bonus.
Our bathroom tub was in need of repair, but otherwise the size of the bathroom and lighting was exceptional.
Free Wi-Fi; Breakfast; Bed; Free Coffee and Water in public areas. This is an hotel that will always check before I return to Sevilla.
It is not something that affects Petit Palace Santa Cruz as hotel, it's quite common in Sevilla. There's no parking and if you travel in your own or rented car is quite frustrating, because public parking in Santa Cruz is a bit expensive. With this comment, I'm only suggesting a partnership between Petit Palace and a nearby Parking. For a fixed daily fee you could park near with nicer price.
Staff were helpful. Coffee available 24 hours little treats in the afternoon nothing was a problem
One bad thing was we got the hotel to book a taxi. He charged us more said he didn't speak English and the taxi smelt bad.
The proximity to all the places to visit are walking distance and the hotel includes a free walking tour every day to show us the most important places to see! It's great! Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff very helpful with our requests.
The bathroom door doesn't close because it's a swiveling door, not much privacy.
very central, value for money, large bathroom
localization. room space for a family is quite good.
cleaness, and the terrible sound isolation from the exterior on the room 003. These particular room is next to the reception and turn to the street. soo you hear horses, people talking, guests in reception.
the Hotel is located in one of the best location in Europe. Seville is wonderful, and you will be very near the cathedral and deeply involved with the life of the Juderia... the personnel is very kind, and the hotel so comfortable as well
Everything was perfect, so there was not any claims about the hotel services
Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. free coffee etc available for guests Very central
Parking difficult but this is to be expected due to central location in santa Cruz area
