The breakfast had a good variety of food, but the tables were not cleaned very often and the food was not replaced very often. Our room had a laptop, however it was not working when we tried to use it (it was not a big deal though because we used a computer in the lobby). Our room had a strange smell that we could not identify, as if there was something on the carpet that was not cleaned properly. After we turned on the aircon, it faded away.
The hotel location was excellent, next to the main Seville attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. It seemed to be remodelled recently, the building and the room were neat and very modern.
carpet smell in room
Poor WiFi connection
While it's not in the center but it's a few minutes walking, so you can enjoy the old town and have a good sleep in a quiet area
The cleanliness, free wifi, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and great location
Great renovation: preserved the old in the exterior but interior was totally modern. Great breakfast
Sleep quality is fair, bed is hard and linen is cheap. Parking is not available for disabled.
First hotel where we actually felt honest welcome. Hotel is small and in a heart of Seville, within 5 min walking distance from attractions. BRAKFAST is small but sufficient. Breakfast room is very small and crouded, when lounge area next to it is large and always empty, makes no sense.
My bed was rock hard. The first morning down to breakfast none of the tables had been cleared and we had to ask for someone to come and clear all the dirty plates.
The inside formal area was stunning. Also if it had been warm enough to sit in the courtyard it would have been glorious but a little chilly.
The Wifi was spotty. Wish the bike rental open earlier (it is available after 9:00 am). The staff was not very knowledgeable on local hang out places. They sent us to very touristy places. The computers did not have a printer attached which made it very difficult to print our boarding passes.
The location was great. The hotel is cute. Our room was a little small, but to be expected in Seville. The "free" tour was amazing. It lasted 3 hrs and giave us the local's viewpoint. Free bike rental, free wifi
The hotel was very comfortable, clean with helpful staff. It was a great location for walking to many places in the city.
The breakfast was too expensive compared with the infinite possibilities that one has just around the hotel.
The location of the hotel is amazing (but also tricky to get to with the car) and the staff is very friendly. The room nice/new and spacious.
We liked that all the main sights were within a short. We liked that the hotel had a pick up point for a free (excellent) walking tour.
Got lost very first night back streets like a maze
Central nice staff (breakfast good) g
The bathroom we had was walled with opaque glass which meant that if you turned on the bathroom lights during the night, you'll illuminate the entire room and consequently wake up whoever you're travelling with.
The staff, the location, the decor. A beautiful hotel situated ideally.
The hotel gave us a laptop to use in the room free of charge and the internet usage was much better than I have ever experienced in a hotel before. They also gave us great bathrobes - again at no extra cost! The breakfast was excellent and in addition there was round the clock availability of a coffee machine.
Nice rooms and staff lovely location
Parking was confusing-located nearby, but hard to find and very tight. Upper bunks had no railings.
Great location. Plenty of beds for 2 parents and 4 children. Staff was helpful.
No hot water to bath
there's sort of smell in the room
location, staff, facilities
The room is too small and difficult to locate large luggage! No hangers or facilities in the toilet to put the clothings during bath!
I like the location in st Cruz area but it is very difficult to find the hotel for not enough signs since all the small alleys are similar!
loved the area set in the old town ,
shower: floor got wet
free bikes free guided tour in the city
The facility is getting tired and daily room cleaning is minimal. A triple is a bigger double with a single bed moved in making the room very tight,
Breakfast was good, sometimes limited as to food availability. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.
Open Bar didn't really exist -despite notices. Nespresso machine in room only had 1 free coffee capsule provided and none available to buy at reception...despite notice in room. Strange jacuzzi bath -didn't work. Impersonal.
Location close to Cathedral and Old Town. Free Wifi Good Breakfast Comfortable bed
Ground carpet smelly Poor breakfast
Modern, well located, very pleasant staff
The orange colour decoration in the room - dreadful. Slightly worn out carpets.
Room offered to us from you was bad, on the road and tiny, but then we were offered a better room facing the courtyard and better space. Staff, quick attentiveness especially the one receptionists (ladies). Clean Breakfast was good but small in area. If you get there early, there is space and food, however at rush time, neither space nor food. We were just in time.
