The location is excllent and next to sevilla metro station. The ladies at the reception were very friendly, helpful , and kind. The breakfast room is amazing with such a wonderful view and the prices are quite reasonable. The transport service to the airport was a good deal.
The furniture is a liitle bit old and the carpet is stinky and needed to be changed.
Excellent Location! The Sevilla Metro Station is less than a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff (especially Victoria and Elena) are wonderful! Shopping, tavernas and restaurants are too numerous to list, but if you can't find something within a five minute walk, you are way to picky! I slept like a baby in the bed. I had a small double room. It was small, and a bit cramped, but perfect for one person. There was plenty of closet space to both hang clothes and store folded items. The free WiFi was fine for doing e-mail and quick searches. The shower was great! Plenty of hot water. The three types of shower heads were amazing. Breakfast was good. There was plenty to choose from. The food was tasty and fresh. There is always juice, water and coffee available in the lounge area. I found the hotel to be very clean. There was a bit of mildew in the shower and the shower could use some calking around the base. The shower drained just fine. You don't get soapy toes! Nothing was dusty or grimy. I plan on going back to Madrid in the late summer or early fall. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel as advertised on Booking.com. There are, though, always taxis and the Sevilla Metro station is literally outside the hotel door and to the left for a 30 second walk! A taxi is 30 Euros from the airport.
Coffee machine and water cooler in the lobby
A flight of stairs to reception, very poor wifi, dirty windows, dusty curtains, had to wait for a minute to get hot water
The hotel in the center of everything. Good staff and breakfast with a nice view.
the room is a bit dark, but good size.
Excellent location. Very nice and helpful staff.
Probably worst breakfast in a 4 star hotel, same plates every single morning. Except fresh orange juice, which was pretty good. Bathroom needed some repairs, the shower head was cracked, sprinkling water on the ceiling, generating an unpleasant wet construction materials smell. No ashtray at the entrance, although it was the only available place to have a smoke, so I had to throw my cigars on the sidewalk, which made me uncomfortable. The room was smaller than presented in pictures on Booking.com
Location and staff were very good.
We were in a room between the cleaners cupboard and thier lift and every morning at around 8am the banging of buckets and things started right outside our room door.
Breakfast, staff, location
Not only luxury and comfortable and convenient, but also beautiful beautiful and beautiful. Wherever you look is beauty, in every corner and every piece of furniture. Staff is very helpful and friendly They made me and all my family happy. The food is very delicious for breakfast, dinner. We couldn't try the lunch because every day of our stay we were late past 4:30 . But we did eat in the hotel's bar area and their food was just as good. Would definitely visit Granada and in particular Granada palace hotel. Thank you staff for making our vacation one of our best so far.
Honestly there is nothing that I didn't like. Maybe the mattresses can be little softer but they were comfortable enough.
Bed comfort (hard)
Centric location, friendly reception staff, good night sleep
The quality of construction is quite poor, there was an alarm controller (laptop) in my room which took the space on the working table, hotel room was quite small
Horrible wifi, A/C kept going out, but was fixed immediately.
Breakfast really good
very small room
Very helpful staff The breakfasts were very good Location very good
the room smilled like a rat has died there
location, staff speciallu Mr. Paco who make us feel good. breakfast buffet, coffee. lobby
bed kind of hard. poor lighting in the room and hallway. WiFi could be better
Complete breakfast in a wonderful place. The staff is so polite.
The location was convenient with most of the places at walking distance .
The ac was not working . Everything else was pretty okay.
Hotel staff provides very good services and nice.
Location. The hotel is very well placed in the center.
I don't believe this hotel is a four star but rather a three star. Room is very small and bed very uncomfortable. Wifi is advertised like high speed internet. It's not. It barely works. The corridors also don't smell good.
Location and friendly staff
Not very good facilities and uncomfortable matresses
Location excellent, we walked everywhere but a metro station just on the corner outside, staff very friendly, beds comfy and surprisingly quiet even though on a main road. Views from tall tower amazing.
Breakfast wasn't fantastic but plentiful. Decor was a bit tired but room was clean. Could do with a comfy lounge area and a bar.
Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful
good location with car, near to metro and shopping area
a bit difficult for big group and many luggages
Hate the frosted glass divider for the bathroom, it lit up the whole room whenever anyone used it in the night. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
Elevator is really small
