Location, decoration, staff attention
Horrible mantenimiento. Ruidoso. Instalaciones en mal estado
The rooms are sufficient. Very nice bathrooms. Although the hotel is located on a main street we haven't experienced any noise. I enjoyed my stay very much!
The breakfast could have been better.
Location, kind staff
Perfect location. The hotel is located in the very center of Madrid. All the staff are really nice. You can easily walk to the main sightseeings and there's a big super market in 50 meters. Everything's so convenient.
Staff were super
Room we stayed in could do with a makeover, grubby in places particularly the bathroom.
Location was perfect for sightseeing. Very close to metro. Staff is helpful and very kind.
Although the hotel says they have free wi-fi, most of the time it does not work. Also, hot water in the shower did not come for about 2 hours. As a reason, they say hotel is very full. I guess, a hotel should ready to be full.
the proximity of the hotel to sites, shopping, and restaurants was excellent. The accommodations were great. My Mom needed a handicap shower chair and they were able to provide one for her, but our room had a wet mold smell by the bunk beds near the bathroom. The same smell was present by the lobby elevators.
if you do. It like crowds, this is not the hotel for you. Plaza Mayor gets very crowded at night so transportation cannot always drive up to the hotel. Traveling in w big group with many luggages is a bit difficult unless you plan to arrive/leave et an hour where businesses around are closed.
Excellent location Value for money
-Location (Only less then 1 min. walk from city center!! ) -Room is stylish and clean. - Staffs are OK. Average Spanish service.
- Room size is small -No privacy for the toilet. You can see your companion sitting on the toilet from the bed. -Slow elevator
There is no lounge area. The bathroom door is glass and is not designed to have a lock, therefore there is limited privacy in the bathroom
Location, very central, great for sightseeing and also the tube line to get further afield. Good breakfast , cheap rooms
Lift only takes 3 people and its needed if you are on the high floors like we were. Wifi there but seemed hit and miss. The bathroom in the room we were in 601 had a great shower, but the lay out of ithe bathroom in conjunction with the bedroom made it impersonal. In that room glad we were only there 1 night otherwise we would have asked to move.
The room was nice, excellent location. . Staff is very friendly. . Wifi was good.
The washroom did have a distinct smell to it maybe faulty pipes.. but other that no complaints. .
Fantastic location, staff were helpfull when needed.
Location Convenience of hotel Look of rooms & I loved my balcony overlooking the pedestrian mall No noise during the week despite hotel room being on the first floor and opposite a busy nightclub.
Door on shower was impossible to shut so water inevitable on bathroom floor Wifi was borderline - I was told it was good in all rooms when I checked in. Signal was very variable, usually weak, & wifi often dropped out. Otherwise great place to stay
The location is excellent, centre of Madrid. Very nice staff. Room comfortable, every day cleaning.
Very big noise at night in room with street view.
Most of the employees were friendly and the location was great.
The first room we were assigned had mold and the shower door fell off of the rails once it was opened. The second room we got had tape holding together cracks in the shower door. There was also tape used to keep the window covering on the window. The body jets in the shower caused water to leak out of the shower making a large puddle in the bathroom. We complained about the leak and got extra towels to mop up the leak. The wall paper was peeling, the mattress was thin, hard and uncomfortable. The man who checked us in was unfriendly and rushed us through the process. WiFi was really slow in our room.
Clean, comfortable bed. Good air con. Very quiet.
No privacy in the ensuite, large glass swing doors. Very little natural light.
Great central location on pedestrian street, very near metro.
Pets friendly!!! Smell of cat in bathroom.
I had a few requests and staff were very helpful. Cheap and good value
Excellent location, excellent service and staff, very clean and comfortable rooms
No complaints at all, but if I have to mention something, this could be the (rather) Limited coverage of WiFi!
Central location, nice staff. Very good breakfast.
Make sure you get a room at the back of the building. The road is very lively all through the night.
Great location Quiet room Good Aircon
Very small room
Wi fi .. Very poor internet connection
