Very central location in the heart of the city.

Very noisy. Inside the room you can hear as well the noise from the street, from other rooms next to you, from rooms above you and from the lift.

location in a nice neighborhod

I hated, with a vengeance, their sneaky way to secure my signature on a form that was not just the standard reception desk admittance form, but was also, in very, very fine print, an authorization to collect and use all sorts of private information about me, including medical information. I find that practice objectionable, disingenuous, and probably illegal.

Restaurant was out of action on the evening which was one of my main criteira for staying there. Was unable to pay for the room in advance even though the hotel staff assured me of that I could do this

The shower leaked, it was not as clean as one would hope, though it was cleaned regularly.

Location

Rooms are way overpriced for what they offer, especially over weekend periods if there is an event in Madrid. The maids are so noisy in morning

everything was great except the elevators were difficult. and the night clerk did not speak enough english to explain the telephone use and it cost me 13 euros for a 1 minute phone call.
