La posizione La freddezza del personale, la carenza di informazioni per i turisti, la mancanza di riscaldamento adeguato nella sala della colazione, soprattutto il primo gennaio, quando l'apertura è stata posticipata senza avviso e la sala era gelida..... praticamente non abbiamo potuto usufruire del breakfast, dato che avevamo l'aereo per il rientro, pur pagandolo e molto caro! La pulizia nelle camere, inoltre, era molto approsimmativa ...... |

non ho particolari apprezzamenti da esprimere manca una pulizia piu accurata della camera; pulizia della moquette nulla. sacchi della spazzatura stazionanti nei corridoi di accesso alle camere. Serzio ristorante : inqualificabile. Si sparecchiavano rumorosamente i tavoli vuoti mentre il cliente attendeva la cena |

The shower is amazing, the staff were very helpful, the location is great, especially if you are into shopping. We had a family room. The r$oom was small, it was not easy to move around between the beds and to get to the bathroom. |

Lovely rooms with jacuzzis, nice size, great part of town, walking distance from main attractions. Terrible, terrible service, no food after midnight. No basic facilities like a kettle in the rooms, or trouser-press |

Convenient to my firm's Madrid office and the provision of an internet enabled laptop in the room was a real benefit. Couldn't find the instructions on how to use the bedroom telephone and also no notepad. Pen also had run out of ink! |

Location for shoppin gpurposes is excellent. Musea is not to far out either. close to metro stop Seranno. Very nice breakfast buffet with a lot of fresh fruit ! Noisy cleaning people in th emorning, as they always choose to put their trolley in front of my door. Pretty much noise coming from the corridor in general. Retaurant is okay, but not really cosy. Iti spratcila for a busines traveler but if you visit Madrid as a tourist, I advise strongly to go out. |
