Det var inte mycket som jag gillade, dom har internet på rummen det var positivt, annars behövs det en översyn av rummen.

Deras dusch var helt hopplös.

Great central location close to all Valencia's major attractions. Large room size. Good all-round breakfast. IT friendly. Helpful and friendly staff.

+ Views from room 304 were nice. + The shower system was the best thing about the room; it was excellent. + The room was spotless-clean. + The staff were all courteous and helpful. +There's a computer with internet downstairs in the lobby. + The lobby has a nice comfortable waiting area

- The Wi-Fi was off/on/off/on-this was incredibly frustrating, even when using a cord. - It's not centrally located, comparatively to where we stayed in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon. It had the longest walk to the Metro and this matters when you are lugging three pieces of luggage from the train station or two the airport. We also had to walk further to restaurants and all the other hot spots. - The "full" bed was two twins pushed together and its quality was the worst I've used in at least 10 years. It was so awful, I am going to warn people about 304. The mattress was painfully hard and my back ached from the spring/coils pressing in all-night.

We liked the location, the ease of check in and out and the frienliness of the reception staff. We also thought the breakfast included was excellent and impressed by the breakfast chef, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Value for the money.

The interior is a little bit old, but nothing seriously wrong. And room is rather small, but we knew about it.

Great hotel for the price Stayed with two other friends in a large room with four beds and a big bathroom. Very clean and excellent service. Small walk into the old town (less than 10 mins).

We decided for the hotel for a reason we learned from internet that the bikes coudl be rented at the hotel. So we could travel around and search surroudings by bike.

Unfortunately one of our three bikes was stolen in a first day at the beach in a middle of the day. It was a shock for us and it ruined our holyday. The hotel staff took 100 € from us not willing to accept that that wasn't our fault (that was not even the value of the old bicycle!). We don't think that's fair to the guests and we don't recommend that hotel to anyone else. They offer you something and then you should be responsible for steeling in the middle of the day. We don't think it's fair and we will tell everybody to look after some other hotel in Valencia.

The lift

We used booking.com offer and it was great value for money for us. Location turned out to be good — we could walk to city of art and science and city center was near as well. Staff is really helpful, wifi is fast and free. Food is really tasty (and also quite cheap). Rooms are nicely designed and decorated.

Beach is not within walking distance if you are after that (we weren't). Generally it could be a bit closer to places of interests and room could be slightly bigger.. Still for its price it is great.

The value for money and quality of the hotel was exceptional - great stay!

We came to Valencia on the weekend for the Formula 1 gp. So we needed : 3 persons apartment, location not far from the centre and not far from the circuit, car parking, reasonable prices. All these things we got here and were fully satisfied with everything

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, well equipped, and clean. It was perfect for our short stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel. Both booking.com and hotel were very accommodating when we changed our dates as our young son fell ill, we arrived a day later with no extra charge.

Modern look but a little tired

It was very nice, clean and confortable. The location is good, very close to the train station, the metro and the city center. The room was very nice and clean with all the comforts ( clean and new bathroom, big shower, nice terrace, computer with free wifi access and big TV) .

The breackfast was too expensive ,10 euro is too much, specially in Spain where you can have a coffe' and a croissant for 1,50 euro in most of the bars. I think 4 euro would be the right price for a breakfast. Otherwise would be nice to chose to have just a cup of coffe' and a croissant and pay just for it.

I'm especially satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the receptionists kindness and friendliness (in particular-Ms Miriam's)!!! They have given me so many useful advice! The location of the hotel was almost perfect. The food from the buffet was very tasty and the price was reasonable. I liked the combination of the modern interior and typical Spanish exterior of the hotel...so the hotel may easily be catagorised as a design hotel.

The shower did not function properly...besides it was broken, I had to wait more than 5min for hot water...
