Petit Palace Las Torres    

Our second year there and love the location. The hotel is very comfortable and the cafe attached is excellent. Go through the door in the corner at Reception!

very noisy at night from 1 to 6:30 in the morning . Walls are thin, able to hear the neighbors Could not get a good night sleep for a week! Cannot recommend this place

The only remark is the wifi service. The I'd n ow r complicated n need to b entered every time u log in. Should b more user friendly.

Excellent location. Nice place

We liked the location right by the beautiful Plaza Mayor. You could actually exit into the Plaza which made us feel like we were in the middle of the action. Our room also had a balcony overlooking another square. While it could get noisy at night, we were too tired to notice. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the computer.

We wish there were bikes for kids as well. Not sure too if the airconditioning was working so we just opened the windows.

Superb location.comfortable room and staff were helpful and friendly. It was all as described plus good value.

Being so central it could get noisy when the bars emptied out. But that is not the hotels fault.

Just the location

Despite of allowing for reservation almost 4 months in advance, clearly stating my preference of room with views to the Main Square, they finally gave us a non-views room. I obviously complained, and we were changed to our initial reservation, they charged us additional 30€ for nothing, and considering it was New Year Day I paid for it. On the other hand, and not just over this HIgh Tech Hotel (i.e.: Bilbao Palacio Arana), the maintenance of installations, amenities, etc was good just the day of the opening, now it is absolutely terrific!. Room Service (beds linen preparation is not good as well). I will not repeat this hotel anymore, let alone recommend it. Sorry for clarity.

It is centrally located right next to the city center, the Plaza Mayor. It had a computer in the room for e-mail and web searches. The buffet breakfast was very good and quite cost competative.

The Petit Palace Las Torres is just off the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, had easy access to the key sights and restaurants. We loved Salamanca, and having a convenient place to stay helps save us exploring time.

It is situated right on the main square and the restaurant overlooks it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I we would stay there again.

There´s no parking available.

Everything..... Simply every element of a good hotel was contained within the Petit Palace Las Torres and that was without the absolutely stunning location.

THe location was right in the square. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very small but I expected that.
