The hotel’s original 19th century exterior has been carefully preserved and restored, while inside the hotel offers sleek interiors with modern comforts and state-of-the-art facilities.

The hotel is right by the Puerta del Sol, the city’s most important meeting point, in the heart of Madrid. All the attractions of this amazing city are within easy walking distance, including the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the Museo del Prado. Rooms come with one double or 2 twin beds. All come equipped with flat-screen TVs and bathrooms with hydromassage showers.

Area information

The hotel is located in Puerta del Sol. You will need no means of transportation to visit the most important places of Madrid, such as “Plaza Mayor”, The Royal Palace, Prado Museum, etc.

A few meters away from the hotel you can take a tourist bus that will explain you the most important monuments and streets of Madrid (paying service independent from the hotel, you can book it asking our reception staff).

Tv with news, music in room; local and English papers in foyer; a very
good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. But above all else
the excellent central position of the hotel, just a few metres from the
Puerta del Sol Metro.

Most of all the location just by "puerta del sol"

The bathroom door is see through and we didn't want to be seen nor heard by the rest of the people in the room

exellelent staff in the lobby and exellent location in the heart of the city

yes the room was not completley renovated the styling was not complete I was in Petite palace in Barcelona and the room was much nicer not enough value for money this time, the pictures on your site were much nicer than the reality. Next time i come to Spain I will have to think about choosing petit palace and thats a shame because all the rest is exellent

The proximity to a lot of very interesting and worthwhile visits to,
like for example the Real Palace, Plaza Mayor etc,.

Why no bar facilities. We had to find somewhere to have a drink and a
social get together. ????

The Hotel is very very close to Puerta del Sol, and of course you hear noise in the room coming from the street

The room was gloomy. The unventalated bathroom meant that there was a musty smell in the room and the floor flooded after every shower. The shower curtain was annoying. The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel was advertised as being Hi-Tech, it wasn´t. The room was shabby and needed redecorating. Overall very disapointing. I would certainly not stay in any of these hotels again.

We enjoyed the location: right next to Puerta del Sol and the metro station. Friendly and very helpful staff (24h reception service), very clean, nice decoration and fabulous view. Very comfortable and clean room (and bathroom).

Very thin walls: we were woken up by the phone ringing next door! There was a somehow unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Not very high qual
