Comfortable bed, good black out curtains. I didn't know what time it was and kept sleeping in, which was ok as I was on holiday and was not in a rush. Room cleaned quickly every day
Noisy. Hear noise outside in street. Could also hear noise in corridor and adjoining rooms
Room were very clean . Staff were very friendly and nice .
The air condition was not very effective.
The location is excellent and access to the sightseeing bus is very easy. Close to a number of key locations.
Our stay was everything we wanted.
The location was excellent!Very close to the metro and everything. It is about a 15-30ish minute walk to the Prado Museum.
They take everyone's passport when you check in so a bit risky to have more people than what is booked. The beds were super hard.Staff seemed nice depending on who was working.
The staff The family suite
Excellent location . Very good value especially when you consider where it is.
A lot of noise from the delivery vans to the surrounding shops and cafe` especially in the very early hours.
The staff was superb. My son got sick and they went the extra step trying to help me getting a US medical insurance approved Spanish Hospital. The medical care was also excellent. I stayed here twice and would stay again with my family of 4.
place and staff
nothing to declare
I like the bedrooms
location was perfect, most touristic places were in walking distance.metro station was very close. very good interms of cost benefit performance.
the room was very small.
Location is awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a family room, which was great and spacious enough for all four of us.
Bathroom was in need of some updating, but just aesthetically. Everything worked fine.
Front desk service and location
Noise and Building
Excellent location in centre of Madrid.Perfect for a city stay. Hotel very close to subway station and taxi ranks, and in the centre of pedestrian mall. Very clean room and friendly staff. Building has a lift.
Room didn't have enough pillows but on asking for extras they were immediately supplied.
The staff was very friendly. Can't beat the location.
The floors wer not properly cleaned and the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. No extra pillows either.
A good hotel in a great location. I loved it. Some Americans who are more used to amenities may not. Still, I think it was great.
Location was excellent
Was pricey for its value...bathroom glass partition was broken and dangling dangerously
too noisy during the night
Location and room size.
Family Room Cleanliness WIFI Balcony
Speed at check in
The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Madrid.
The beds were hard. Mould in the shower recess.
We stayed there for 3days. Location is excellent. Staff is nice, but they dont really speak english at all. Room was big enough.
The location was excellent
The beds were uncomfortable and the shower door was broken and fell on my daughter. We had to take a shower with the door open
Walls so thin that you hear speaking in the next room. Shower cabin was so old and with yellow stains. The bed was old - you feel the wires in it whilst lying.
Room was small, and the design of the room was bad. You can see the person in the toilet while you are lying on your bed. Plus there was a smell of damp in the room
