The location was really central, approx 30m from Vodafone Sol metro station. Numerous restaurants and patisseries around the hotel, had a balcony overlooking the streets. Wifi was unlimited and fast, room service was excellent. Very spacious and new apartment. Highly recommend the breakfast option, all you can eat for 7 Euro was the best way to start the day.
There was a window in the middle of the door to the bathroom which made the females in our group uncomfortable - easily covered with a towel.
Location was great very central and close to everything such as the shops, bars and subway.
The beds were uncomfortable. The place felt old in and need of a good renovation.
Location is perfect and staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable...
Breakfast is poor and breakfast area is bad decorated. No need to have it at hotel, lots of nice cafes around.
very good location! on Puerte Del Sol! small hotel, but very helpful staff!
Location in dead center Madrid - most tourist hot spots are in walking distance. Great value for money.
Beds were rather hard. Wifi connection could be faster.
Location was excellent, in the centre of the action Free bike rentals Very friendly staff.
For a "high tech" hotel, the IT was inadequate. Wifi signal in the room was poor. The common computers in the lobby ran on Windows XP. Sending a boarding pass to be printed was complicated or impossible.
Near point of interest such as Museo del Prado, Plaza Mayor, Puerta de Alcala, etc
Balcony has a view to a plain wall. They need to removed mold from shower
Great location. close to main attraction area, shopping & places to eat.
the sitting are in the lobby didn't look attractive.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Madrid. Despite being there there was very little noise in the room. Spacious room and bathroom, with a pleasant shower with massage. 1 minute walk from metro puerta del sol and ceracanias. 100 metresf from casa labara and mercado de san miguel, two muts for Madrid.
front desk clean rooms location
breakfest is average

the staff didn't gave us the wifi key when we arrive and it was quite late. and the instructions for the tv wasn't explained.
Location is perfect. Front desk staff was very helpful.
Comfortable bed, good black out curtains. I didn't know what time it was and kept sleeping in, which was ok as I was on holiday and was not in a rush. Room cleaned quickly every day
Noisy. Hear noise outside in street. Could also hear noise in corridor and adjoining rooms
Room were very clean . Staff were very friendly and nice .
The air condition was not very effective.
The location is excellent and access to the sightseeing bus is very easy. Close to a number of key locations.
Our stay was everything we wanted.
Room, breakfast, staff, location and location vs price very attractive
Nothing to complain
The proximity of the hotel to Plaza del Sol is absolutely priceless if you have only a few days in Madrid and want to see a lot of things. It is close to so many sights - Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Retiro Park, clubs, shopping, restaurants... The hotel has all basic amenities and breakfast was fresh and convenient, though you may also want to check out Mercado de San Miguel at least for one breakfast...
The glass bathroom door has an awkward (intentional) gap in the frosting, making part of the bathroom (toilet bowl area and some of the shower stall) visible from the room. Feels like you are leaving the door half open when you are in there... Odd choice for the design to be placed that way, though not too bothersome... Other than that, all was wonderful!
I liked the location near by shopping areas and tour offices.
No changing of bed sheets every day, In general, the hotel requires maintenance and good cleaning of bathroom walls floor and shower tub. One thing the hotel should seriously consider changing is the bathroom door from glass to wood with closed door that should have a lock for privacy & sound of flasher & water usage are being heard during usage. The bathroom doors made of clear class with no lock is considered no privacy..!!
The location was excellent!Very close to the metro and everything. It is about a 15-30ish minute walk to the Prado Museum.
They take everyone's passport when you check in so a bit risky to have more people than what is booked. The beds were super hard.Staff seemed nice depending on who was working.
The staff The family suite
Excellent location . Very good value especially when you consider where it is.
A lot of noise from the delivery vans to the surrounding shops and cafe` especially in the very early hours.
