The hotel is really close to the center and if you have car you can easily go to everywhere.

Its hard to find a park to leave the car but if you go on weekends you dont need to pay park. You can listen everything that happens on the corridor, like ppl talking....

Piñamar was ok, close enough of the bus station.

The lady at the Santander bus station was terrible and no city maps at the station available. The only chart had no good information on hotels.

The hotel is in a good location for restaurants ,trains and buses. There is a lovely lounge/computer area and nice bar. The breakfast was excellent Clean and comfortable room. I would choose the Pinamar again if returning to Santander.

Very friendly staff. Good location for exploring the city and the as far as El Sardinero. A very good breakfast.

Convenient to station

Surrounding area is a bit down at heel. You might have to be a bit wary in the area and it's not a place for a longer stay.

Really good value. We had everything we needed at a brilliant price. Being two 21 year olds, value is more important to us than luxury. The bar opposite, called Machino or something is so so cheap, €1.50 ish for a glass of wine. The waitress was really friendly so we went there often. They do food but we didnt eat there.

Breakfast basic, got boring quickly. Milk for cereal was warm, if you came down later a lot of the good stuff was gone and wasn't replaced. You had to leave your key at reception and when we came back in, we told the staff our room number and we were given our key with no questions asked. Staff that had never seen us didn't ask me for my name. This didn't feel very secure. the booking.com description says the hotel is 10 mins from the beach. BY BUS maybe, not on foot. it is a LONG way from the beach, but there is a bus stop right by the hotel and it was €1.20 for a single. We were after a beach holiday and we were a long way away. you couldn't just tip down for a 30 minute swim.

Parking was a problem in Santander but the staff could not have been more helpful in finding us a place to park.

I used this hotel both before and after a trip back to the UK via the ferry port. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. A piece of luggage was stored for me for my return free of charge and a taxi to the railway station for an early hours departure was also free of charge.

This hotel is in a fairly quiet one-way street and within easy reach of both the main rail station and the ferry port.

La situation géographique, la gentillesse du personnel. Chambre petite mais très confortable. Petit déjeuner correct.

Chambre très correcte. Wifi disponible.

Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre. Parking un peu loin et peu pratique. Il vaut mieux trouver une place de parcmètre. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.

He estado encantada con el servicio y además teniendo en cuenta el precio, Me sorprendió gratamente su comodidad. es un hotel sencillo y muy agradable, además está muy bien comunicado a pié y en transporte urbano.
