Very beautiful old hotel rich of hostory recently renovated. Restaurant look very well, good parking, right in the old town. They gave us the basement room (-1 floor) which was ok for one night, but no windows and the floor looked pretty bad like from an old sewerage flush..... |

A quiet hotel, good location the breakfast "buffet" consisted of 50 % sweet items, no eggs, healthy food has not yet reached spanish hotellery, but one can survive 3 days |

Fully renovated historic building with stylish interior, very modern and clean, friendly staff. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Spain. Ask for a room whose window can be opened. |

I loved the hotel. It was very central, with a private parking garage (although limited spaces) and with a public one nearby. Accomodating staff. Great rooms in the new wing and although I only stayed for one night it was thoroughly enjoyable. |

Good location, friendly staff, nice room... everything we wanted. Very British I know, but it would be nice to be able to make a cup of tea in your room - but then that would be the case in all the hotels we stayed in in Spain |

overall a great hotel in a good location and very reasonable priced. There was building work being carried out and I would have liked an email maybe just to warn us. Also when we arrived the water was dirty due to a cracked water pipe as part of the building work. I had to go down to reception to find out what the problem was and how long it would last, again, the receptionist should have warned us about the water problem as it meant we could not shower for a while |

Near the centre of the town; small; comfortable; quiet at night. YES: there was an appalling smell (of drains, almost certainly) in the bathroom. We reported it but nothing was done. I have also filed a complaint with the Sercotel head office. |

Hotel is situated very close to the centre and hotels signages in the Toledo is quite well otherwise hard to find Rooms on the third floor can just be reached from by stairs from the 2nd floor. Elderly people or disabled have to be aware of that |

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms in a perfect town. If you arrive at the bus station the number twelve bus goes past the hotel - wish we'd known that! our basement room was rather smelly,though our daughters' room next door was fine. Ask for a room upstairs to avoid the problem! |
