The attitude of the staff

Situation of the hotel and the building itself in the old-town of Toledo: Marvelous!

Parking is very expensive.

Lovely converted bakery. Staff were helpful, food was lovely and in a perfect spot.

Very well located hotel, nicely furnished (brand-new bathroom).

The noise ! (we were woken up at 6AM by people leaving the hotel. Since then, impossible to sleep : we had the feeling our bed was in the very center of the lobby....)

Location is excellent. Hotel room was very nice.

Breakfast was disgusting. Coffee was instant coffee of real poor quality, not good at all. Local Bacon of poor quality and almost uncooked. Cheap tea...Unacceptable compared to the price of the room. We had our breakfast in a café outside, in town.

The location was perfect. We had an attic room that was small, but nice, with a pretty view of the rooftops. The staff is extraordinarily friendly. They even made a special trip to the post office to mail me a notebook I had left behind. The food in the hitel's charming eating area was delicious. The parking was directly in front of the hotel.

Our room was too warm and we could not figure out how the thermostat worked. However, we left the window open and caught a nice breeze. Everything in Toledo is expensive, and this hotel and parking was no exception.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, knew their city and surroundings well. Offered many good suggestions.

The rooms and hotel facility was beautiful, parking was convenient and easy to get to, the location was within easy walking distance of all of the old town of Toledo. It really was perfect!

Our room overlooked a bus stop and the 8am bus would sit at the stop with its engine idling, which woke us up. We went back to sleep but were woken by the 8:15

Location a +..+! Very accessible, easy to get to. Parking provided. All attractions close by. An easy stop along our tour of Spain. Very clean, incredibly helpful staff. A gem!

View from window looked out on neighboring residence, we kept our window coverings closed.

The hotel was very convenient for Toledo itself. The rooms were clean & the staff very helpful.

The hotel was advertised as having air conditioning but as it was April the ac did not work. The rooms were very hot but we were given a fan after asking. The price shown on our ticket for the garage was €14 but we were told that this was last year's price & it was now €18 per night. Surely by this time the tickets should have been reprinted. The showers were 'walk in' but they needed a shelf inside to store gel etc. Also there was no handle to grab if one started to fall, either by slipping or being taken ill.

Location and hardware, convenient for a stay in the city

Climatisation does not work, heat vs cold! Staff very poor especially woman at the reception on monday morning, rude and unpolite! Staff should been said to stand up in front of a client instead of being steed, a minimum!

Modern rustic charm, very comfertable with friendly staff. Using the car parking garage was essential although expensive was necessary as there are poor parking facilities and narrow cobbled streets. Ladies should NOT wear high healed shoes.

The hotel was centrally situated.

The beds were too hard to sleep on.

The location was excellent for sight-seeing.

The rooms were too hot and the air conditioning didn't work. The jacuzzi did not work in the bathroom. The bar and restaurant weren't open in the evening.

Good room size for the price.

Shortage of Parking nearby

Location is fine, rather easy to drive to the hotel by car + the room is about 25 meters.

There is no restaraunts nearby if you want to have dinner from 4pm to 8-00pm....

Tne design and location of hotel is splendid.

The staff does not want to be helpful. The internet is not working sometime. Jacuzzi bath have a problem..
