The location and staff were exceptional. The breakfast was very good.

Besides the fact that Toledo is absolutetly fabulous I have to be more than satisfied for staying in this hotel. It´s location and the way they have mixed old and new - just perfect. It is a pity though that we couldn´t stay longer than just one night. I recommend dearly.

Rooms a bit cramped as well as the shower. Our room was noisy during the day as the kitchen was downstairs. Unable to check out the night before, It was our preference to do so because we were leaving early the next morning, The person at the reception said we couldn't do it because it was better for them to do it the next day!,

Wonderful hotel..best hotel we have stayed in for a while. Staff was very helpful, breakfast great, location great for exploring. Wonderful restaurant for dinner around the corner, La Orza, definitely go there. Cathedral was magnificent. Toledo is a must visit and this is the hotel to stay in!

The location is perfect, and Toledo is such a small city, you are so close to everything in the old city. Parking could not have been easier (tons of spaces) and the garage is run by the hotel itself so you were never worried about your car like you might in public parking garages. Again, location location location!!

Unfortunately, I felt like it didn't have the true luxury feel of a 4 star hotel... I feel like it would have been more accurate to say it was a very well managed 3 star hotel. I paid more money than I felt the hotel experience was worth, but not so much so that I felt like it wasn't worth it. in the end on other factors. It's a great hotel.

Parking impossible because of location but the hotel does provide secure underground parking.

It is well situated in the old part of town, easy to get to and is very good value for money.

The breakfast is very poor so I would choose to eat out.

Everything is quite good, location, stuff, interior, breakfast.

When we came they asked to get out our car immediately from the parking outside the hotel. We even did not put our luggage in the room. There wasn't any car on the parking... Room was good, clean but.......there was a huge cockroach on the beautiful decorated wall. I could not sleep well after. They blocked money when we booked the room asked us to pay when we were leaving and didn't do anything after (more then 20 days). So we have got our money back because our bank unblocked it in 1 month.

The building architecture is charming and has been maintained throughout, even after significant recent renovations. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. It is ideally located in the inner city of Toledo, with shops, restaurants and tourist attractions all nearby.

Location was excellent

Very very very difficult to access (got lost so many times, had to call them and finally get guided) Very very very noisy !! Early morning staff talking and cleaning so loudly, could not sleep at all !!
