Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and bed was very comfortable. Room could do with better floor cleaning and changing bedding at least once a week.

Location, polite personal, excpecially in restaurant, very nice! Room was very comfortable, and we like their design. No refregerator in rooms, bad knoledge of English language and no understanding russian at all.

Friendly Staff. They were really excellent. As good as I have ever come across and that was throughout the hotel. Location was excellent, right on the front. Facilities were decent for a hotel of the price and the rooms were fine as well. I would go back again if staying in this area. Not that I didn't like, just little things they could do improve. 1. A mini fridge in the room. It was mid 30s at times and nowhere to store chilled drinks. 2. Fitness Room was only a weights machine and bikes. I appreciate room is a premium, but it would be better to have a cross trainer and treadmill in there. 3. Dinner. The buffet really was excellent, but the cooked main was a bit ropey on the 3 nights we ate there, making us wish we had just had more of the buffet. I would prefer to pay 2 or 3 Euros more and have some better quality mains.

We stayed here for one night, the last night of our trip.Lovely hotel, small hotel. Very helpful friendly staff. Great location. Very nice modern rooms and bathrooms. Great rooftop to sunbathe and small pool for messing in with small kids, ideal. Very good value for money.Right on the beach and in a good spot in the centre of the 'strip' next to lots of nice bars and restaurants and close to the main shopping street too. Food was ok not great, but everything else was great so we didn't mind.Highly reccommend this hotel.

Très fidèle a cet Hotel, s'améliore d'année en année, emplacement de premier ordre, personnel très gentil et compétent, propreté quasi parfaite,prix raisonnable. Amoureux de Playa de aro j'ai essayé d'autres hôtels plus étoilés, mais je reviens toujours au Planamar Rien !

месторасположение очень удобное, отличный персонал. ощущение вполне приятное и комфортное для остановки в пути и ночлега. для более длительного отдыха врядли это подходит. не понравился завтрак, довольно скромные комнаты.

la chambre est belle et confortable le personnel est à l'écoute et au service restauration j'ai tout particulièrelment apprécié Ju, très souriante et agréable. La situation géographique est idéale: en bord de mer. Il y a un service de massage. Le bruit. les gens (les clients) parlent fort dans les couloirs à 2h du matin ou à 7h, sans se soucier de tous ceux qui dorment. la piscine est un peu petite.

Situation en bord de mer (directement sur la plage sans route à traverser) propreté de l'établissement disponibilité du personnel qui fait de gros efforts pour parler français accueil très agréable, voire chaleureux La nourriture assez quelconque, par contre petit déjeuner très copieux et de bonne qualité

la gentillesse du personnel Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche nous l'avons signalé le soir le problème a été réglé le lendemain à 11h30 alors que nous devions quitter la chambre a12h donc pas de douche!!! de plus ils ont refusé un geste commercial....

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Salle de bain correcte mais exigüe. Accueil sympa et personnel de ménage idem. Petite vue mer latérale. Petit déjeuner varié et tout à fait correct dans la grande salle donnant sur la mer.TV En Français. Connexion internet satisfaisante. Proximité immédiate de la plage et du paseo front de mer. Shopping à 200 m : super ! Tv lcd non orientable et vraiment petite pour une grande chambre. Parking cher. On peut cependant trouver dans les rues avoisinantes quelques places en cherchant bien mais avec des risques : Ma voiture, pourtant bien garée, a été cognée...
