Hotel dobrze wyposazony od strony sportowej, baseny,silownia, boiska do pilki/tenisa... Do dobrych jego strony naleza tez codzienne wieczorne animacje, rozne pokazy, jednym zdaniem, jest co robic nie wychodzac z hotelu. Recepcja i obsluga rowniez w restauracji, byla sympatyczna i szybka. Wspaniale jedzenie. W miare dobre polozenie, na przeciwko postoj taxowek, 20m obok przystanek autobusowy |

Najlepsze były animacje...super zabawa dla dzieci i rodziców. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Ładne baseny z podgrzewana wodą, duża ilość leżaków. Dobra lokalizacja. Mogłoby być bliżej plaży i plac zabaw mógłby być większy...ale wtedy pewnie cena byłaby znacznie wyższa:) |

staff were helpfull, food was very good plenty to do if you wanted breakfast finishing at 10 is too early as on a holiday I do not want to get up early, no tea making facilities in room and i had one pillow which was like a hankie |

The staff particularly miguel in the restaraunt went out of his way to be helpful. During the bank holiday weekend there were a lot of spanish people staying and there were not enough sun beds also people were alowed to reserve their sun beds with towels. |

Check in was fast and easy. Although we arrived 2 hours before we were due to check in (we were not on a package holiday,we booked it ourselves online) we were given our room key and told where everything was. On our last day we checked out at 11:35am but were still allowed to use the "all inclusive" bands until we left the hotel at 16:35. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was plentiful and good quality. The "all inclusive" package meant exactly what it said, only branded drinks were at an extra charge which was clearly written on the Bar Menu. We stayed for 9 nights which gave us almost 10 full days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Hotel is well used and could do with a refit but it is kept very clean Evening entertainment was a bit rubbish |

The food was more than expected with lots of variety and tasted great. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would book this hotel again without hesitation. Hotel bedroom facilities could be improved e.g iron and tea making in the rooms |

The Hotel is very good in most of the services with very nice people on the reception desk - a very warm welcome at the check-in with nice glass of wine "cava". Good food at dinner and a well sorted beckfast. The hotel should pay a little more attention to the supply machines, at the rooms floor, the watter bottles should not shows dark watter inside ??!! |

The service, staff and the overall package was very good. We and my group only stayed for 5 nights prior to hiking trip on la Gomera and didn't mind getting rooms on 7th floor facing the mountains with no sun on the balconies. But for longer stay it would have matter and it is possible to upgrade to pool view for extra charge. We didn't see any bugs and the cleaning lady left some extra pillows on our bed when she saw extra blankets under our pillows too days in a row. The breakfast was very good and according to the men in the group the best bacon ever!! Also the poolarea was very good and we spent some time there sunbathing and relaxing. Nothing worth mentioning. |

Good staff, good food, clean room, lots of TV chanels. Rather close to the beach (5-10 minutes walk) A bit too far from the centre for those who don't like walking, but a bus stop is just to cross the road. The hotel is rather plain and calm. Mostly old people, what I don't resemble as a minus point nevertheless. The water in the sweeming pool is too cold in January what is a disadvantage. First day I was given a room looking to the road. Too noisy!!! Seemes as if you are staying in the city. In 3 days they gave me a quite room. |
