Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good shaded area at the pool. Taxis nearby. Entertainment in the bar was good when it was there. Laundry service good but pricey. Overall the hotel was expensive in the current economic climate. It is a long way from the beach - much further than the 50m stated and down a steep hill.

Food in restaraunt is ok, free parking, good sea view from upper floors. Hotel is old, and must be renovated already, old furniture, tv, no air conditioner, big problem was insects in room, too much small ants in room. I stayed here from 30th dec 2010 till 13.01.2011 and price was is to high for this. Also if you want sea view you must pay additional 10 euro per day. Another side of hotel goes to street road and highway.

I have visited las dalias 3 times this year so obviously I have no faults on the hotel . the location is excellent , close to all shops bars and a good variety of restaraunts.

Animation was fairly good, have seen better, but liked the fact that there were different shows every night even when animation staff had a day off. Didn't really like the fact that often there were no free sun beds at the kids swimming pool, they were occupied by people with no kids and often there were just towels left and nobody there though in the rules of the hotel it's written that you can not book the sun beds. Also, I saw staff cleaning a pool during a day which was uncommon.

location of hotel was the only plus cockroches in the corriders every night ,only went to breakfast once because it was disgusting ate out every day, room was at the other end of hotel with one entrance fair walk every time you left hotel air con was not working it took 8days to fix very uncomfortable single beds instead of double, value was not good for a so called 4 star

Food was excellent. Great hotel for families. Good atmosphere around the pool. Very friendly/helpful staff. Hotel is old fashioned so room interior is basic but this was not a problem as rooms were cleaned everyday and our stay was very comfortable.

Good location - within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, and handy for bus station and bus stops. Breakfast buffet - plenty of choice. Due to the sheer number of guests, breakfast time was pretty hectic and noisy.

It was a very well designed package of excellent accomodation,very friendly staff,excellent food & entertainment,all provided in beautiful surroundings in a very nice Location,ina very sunny climate (temperature in mid to high Twenties)

We attempted to check in to the hotel at 11.30pm but were told that our room was double booked. We were transferred to Torvisca Playa Hotel by taxi and returned to LasDalias the following day. Where We were upgraded to 'all inclusive' with an upgraded room, fruit and bubbly.

Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff no matter what position held .. Wide choice of food all needs catered for .. And a big thank-you for the bottle of bubbly on my birthday :) Our room 423 had a bit of a drainage problem but to be fair you got a whiff of drains every now & again wherever you walked around the town so it must be a local problem .. However the hotel allowed us to have drinks and meals on them so it made it more bearable

A1 location. Friendly and efficient staff. A glass of bubbly on checking in. A nice secure free car park.A Extensive good buffet breakfast. A room was standard but new and very clean with good amenity. A tariff was very good for what they offer. We will stay again happily. Lifts - You have to wait for one for a quite while.

Excellent, friendly staff and good food in the restaurant which was great value for money. Some bedrooms are beginning to need refurbishment - the room was a little tired with some damage to the bedside cabinet and staining on the sliding wardrobe doors.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were really good. When we saw our room we were very disappointed: yes, the room needs renovation. Everything seemed not very clean, even the walls. Bed cover was horrible with left sings of previous guests on it. There were ants in the room. Two twin beds on wheels (!) which we couldn't keep together for a long time. The refrigerator was closed with a key, and to get a key you have to buy at reception some drinks for 6 euro. The hotel staff asked me to pay the amount for the whole stay on arrival. The breakfast/dinner area was always overcrowded with hungry people, who quickly and nervously grabbed the food like this was their last chance.

Everything really! Food was very good with a great choice every day. We were half board. Staff were really top class in every way. No wifi in bedroom, only in reception area and cost was far to much! It should be free like most hotels. No bidet in bathroom.
