Hotel godny polecenia jeśli chce ktoś odpocząć lub na rodzinne wakacje. Miła obsługa,Zdjęcia odwierciedlaja hotel na żywo. Jedzenie smaczne. All inclusiv jest w bardzo dobrej cenie. 20min do plaży, shopingu lub barów. Taxi ok 5 euro. Z lotniska 25 euro. Hotel oceniamy na 3,5*.

Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła, bez problemu można dogadać się w języku angielskim, do plaży co prawda kawałek, ale zawsze można wynająć już na lotnisku własny samochód i zaparkować go na hotelowym parkingu po niedużej cenie (9 euro za 6 dni). Hotel leżu na wzniesieniu dzięki czemu można podziwiać wspaniałe widoki. Jest spokój, cisza.

Bardzo nam sie podobalo.Doskonale animacje dla dzieci i doroslych.Apartamenty dobrze wyposazone .Duzy plus to sklepik i pyszne buleczki tam pieczone.

Wszystko było super, hotel ma swój klimat, polecam na rodzinne wakacje.

Nie ma płatności gotówką w sklepie przy hotelu.

We had a really nice time, the pools are great and the poolside restaurant is very nice. The rooms are very very clean

The door entry (key card for rooms) was a bit frustrating and didn't always work

Fabulous Complex. Apartments lovely and spacious. Excellent Pool area. Kids Pool was ideal for small children. Convenient small supermarket on site. Animation staff were very friendly and great with the children. Would book again.

Food. Glad we did not book all inclusive. Had dinner in the complex on the first night and it was poor. Would have been good value if the food was good. Had to take taxi to Los Criostianos or Playa De Las Americas every other night for dinner.

The great pool, the nice rooms and the good beds.

There are only scandinavian guests and they are not very social to others. The shows weren't verry exiting and the animation for childeren is poor.

The facilities in the hotel were very good as was the standard of accomodation. We did not use the restaurant, choosing to eat out. We enjoyed the walk into town but it may be too far for people with problems walking distances or for families with young children

Nice view, nice pools,very clean

They not using cash for pay we had to open an account and last morning we couldn't have a lunch because we needed to check out at 11am and we couldn't pay by cash. Check out is 11am not 12 and we had to pay 20 Euros for 20 mins late! 20 Euros is the TV connection what is for a week and they don't care you rent only for 3 days or the weather was bad and we had no channels and we still needed to pay. Every day we had no water for a few hours and if we had the water tank was too small and only one person could take a shower in one time, you had to wait for an hour to get a hot water again. Very clean place but the cleaners are very loud.Very far from the beach.

The value for the money was very good. The hotel/resort was extremely clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is extremely hard working and obviously take pride in what they do. The kids programs were less than what we expected, but they did a very good job. The evening performances/activities were great and our kids particularly enjoyed them (kids disco, animal shows). The pool was great and we always got chairs easily. The resort was quite and not crowded. For relaxing days by the pool it was perfect.

I was little disappointed that for an all-inclusive resort that pool towels were not available. Also, TV and using the in-room-safe where all extras which is a bit ridiculous when it is "all-inclusive". The food was adequate. The lunches and breakfasts were good, but got a bit boring as it was the same thing over and over again. Dinners were quite disappointing and we would not have paid 21euro per adult for them. Hotel was a drive or taxi ride to downtown which wasn't a big deal. We had a rental car which worked fine, but if you don't have transportation this would be disappointing. In general, we were very pleased with our stay. We would recommend it, but next time might try to stay somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant, the food was ok if a little expensive.

The location - there was nothing within walking distance. Also, I use a walking stick and the apartment we were given was over two floors, which made it more difficult for me - but apparently all the apartments are like this, I think this should be made clearer before booking.
