I cant really say there was anything to like about this hotel. To start with it was at the top of a very big hill, which isnt any good to someone with a young familly or the elderly, the hotel itself isnt child or elderly friendly as there were no ramps to get from the bottom pool to the top pool and reception, with parents having to carry there children and prams up wet steps to get to reception and taxi area. Our key card for our room kept failing and hot water ran out on a regular basis, and finally if your not all inclusive then you havent really much choice but to get taxis everywhere as theres nothing surrounding the hotel for at least a 20 min walk. Our room also said to have a double bed, which was infact two singles pushed together which split easily if you happend to roll over in the night

Every one (staff) was very friendly, The place was clean and I liked having our own little apartment rather than being part of a large building. The reception was helpful at any time of day or night. :)

There were no "free-bee's" in room like mini shampoo&conditioner F.ex. There was no dancing in the evenings :(

The staff were all very efficient and professional from the minute you walked in to reception. The apartments are of a very high standard both in size and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and return if there was no availability in the sister ship, the Green Garden.

The sun loungers around the pool are well past their sell by date! Also, the resort is a little way out of town for guests who decide not to go all inclusive, however taxis are very cheap (five euro approx) to the beach and to the main shopping area. Lastly, as we have become totally spoilt with the peace and tranquillity of the sister ship (the Green Garden) we found the Gran Oasis complex to be very crowded.

Delicious food, bungalow with good design, great to stay with children, good animation

We stayed in an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Comfortable with 2 bathrooms.Also garage under the appartments.

It was too busy around the swimmingpool and certainly not enough space. Very noicy in the evening until 11.15 because of the animation. No curtain in the mainbedroom to make the bedroom a bit dark, so that we were awake at 6 am. They promised a curtain, bur it never came.No kitchenowels to dry the diches. We had to pay for everything: the garage, the safe, the television ( a deposit) even to get on the roof terrace.No explanation was given of all the facilities.

The complex is great, it offers everything a turist needs. From great apartman to garage parking space and the dancing monkey's in between. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. I would recommend this resort to anyone, who wants to take a time out from normal work day :)

Los apartamentos. Tienen de todo: nevera en condiciones, microondas, horno. Además a la hora de dormir eran bastante tranquilos, a excepción de la siesta, que los chicos de animación tienen todo el día puesta la música a tope.

Varias cosas: la poca variedad en las comidas; no hay tv en las zonas comunes; que durante todo el día haya música en la piscina pero está tan fuerte que se oye en todo el complejo; en las habitaciones faltan unas persianas o algo para tapar la luz porque desde que amanece no se puede dormir, el todo incluido mejorable (marcas de bebidas, calidad de los combinados...); el horario de las comidas está adaptado a los extranjeros, deberían, al menos la cena, atrasarla como mínimo una hora, ya que es de 18:30 a 21:30

la amavilidad del personal de hotel , su trankilidad y la limpiesa espectacular

deberian de poner mas cesped alrededor de las piscina por que el suelo resbala mucho, es suelo es muy deslizante

El hotel esta estupendo muy bien montado para ir con niños y el personal es un encanto, conocimos al director una persona entrañable, muy hospitalaria y Luis el metre un cielo.La comida riquísima.lo recomiendo

Cambiaría los sofás por algo mas comodo
