Hotel Playa de Laxe has a great location next to the beach, on Galicia’s beautiful Costa da Morte. It offers wonderful sea views and free Wi-Fi access. This modern hotel has large, comfortable rooms. They all have satellite TV and a private balcony. The Playa de Laxe Hotel is set in the pretty fishing village of Laxe. This is an ideal place to try delicious fresh fish and seafood. Just a short walk from the hotel, Soesto Beach is popular with surfers. The town of Ponteceso is just 5 miles away. A Coruña, Santiago and Finisterre are all easy to reach by road from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made us very welcome. Worth getting superior sea-view room - we stayed in Room No. 109 - great views of beach and sea through huge floor to ceiling windows. Comfortable bed and good value for money. Weather cloudy for most of our stay but Laxe has a beautiful sweep of white sandy beach.

Was nice and quiet, relaxing. The Beach needs to be levelled/ Flattened, removing all then GRASS, Instead installed Nice Beach EMBRELLAS ans SEATS,The SANDS are so Beautiful and W H I T E . Friendly , Peace and quiet.

Hotel is up-to-date and modern. The rooms are simple, clean and spacious and we had a nice ocean view from 2 sides. Very easy to park and walk to everything. Staff was very nice and helped us plan a walk to several beaches close by (they spoke English). Great value.

The Hotel Playa de Laxe, is a very good hotel in a prime position overlooking the beach and sea at Laxe, which in itself is a lovely fishing village. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, during our 4 day stay, breakfast was good and plentiful. The small suite we had was always kept spotlessly clean This was our first visit to the area "Costa de Morte" and Laxe, we shall return and when we do, we will certainly book into "The Playa de Laxe" hotel again. I can't think of a thing to write here, except that the bathroom although very nice, could have been a little larger.

This is the best place to stay in Laxe. Situated right on the beach and with lovely views of the bay and harbour. It would be great place to bring a family. The rooms were modern spacious and spotless.The staff were great.We had a good breakfast and we really enjoyed our two night stay.

El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 50 m de la playa de Laxe. Está muy limpio y totalmente reformado. Decoración bonita y minimalista. El trato fue estupendo. La cama comodísima. Está muy bien ubicado en Laxe, para conocer este bonito pueblo y todos los alrededores en la Costa Da Morte. Repetiría seguro. Me ha gustado todo en general. Por poner alguna pega, no desayunamos en el hotel porque el desayuno era un poco escaso. Para los amantes de un buffet rico y variado, quizás esto pueda ser un inconveniente.

Von Anfang an wurden wir im Hotel herzlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer (ein Superior Zimmer) hatte einen schönen Blick auf´s Meer, die Fenster ließen sich komplett öffnen, das Badezimmer verfügte über ein Fenster und das Zimmer an sich war sehr geräumig mit einem bequemen Bett, von dem aus man auch auf´s Wasser schauen konnte. Das Frühstück wurde uns in der Cafeteria serviert, da wir schon zur Nachsaison gereist sind und wenige Gäste im Hotel waren. Es wurde auf indivduelle Wünsche eingegangen und der Kaffee frisch gebrüht (sehr gut). Laxe selbst verfügt über einen wunderschönen Strand, in einer Bucht gelegen, die im Sommer sich viele Badegäste anzieht. Im Oktober konnten wir diesen Ort als Fischerort mit wenigen kleinen und bodenständigen, aber sehr guten Restaurants kennenlernen, wobei die Pulperia sehr zu empfehlen ist. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen !!!

A tranquilidade, a limpeza, a simpatia da maioria dos funcionários, etc. É um hotem bem localizado, com fácil acesso a toda a povoação. O pequeno-almoço podia ser mais variado.

Es un hotel muy nuevo, personal muy amable y servicial, desayuno bueno, ubicación perfecta tanto para si quieres playa como si quieres recorrer Costa Da Morte...merece las 4 estrellas!!!vistas...Laxe es un pueblo bonito...en genera recomendable 200% Nada.. nos ha gustado todo!!

Situado cerca del pueblo y de la playa. Aunque tiene parking, no tuve problemas de aparcamiento. La limpieza era extraordinaria, y los desayunos abuendantes. El ruido de las persianas eléctricas

La ubicación y el personal femenino (mas simpático que el masculino). Del hotel lo único que no me gustó fué el colchón de la cama, precisa un cambio urgente. En Laxe !ojo! Con los bares de tapas del muelle: carísimos y malísimos . hasta el punto que las "anduriñas" las trocean en 4 trozos y ponen cada trocito en una concha!!!
