Very helpful staff, made a lot of effort to welcome guests for gay pride. Rooms always clean and its the best 'cheap and well run' hotel with a great pool next to the Yumbo.

A kettle in the room would be good as would a ceiling fan.

I liked it was close you the yumbo and not far from tje beach

I did not like the fact there is an 11 o clock checkout, most hotels are at least 12. I did not like the maid knocking on my door while i was packing,after only finding out at 10 that morning that it was an 11 o clock checkout. I told her checkout was 11 to which she replied its a quater to now? Serously?? Id less time than i thought and now she wanted me to leave earlier??Because of this i would not stay here again

Excellent hotel for the price. Especially if compared to other hotels in the area. Friendly staff.

Definitely ask for a room with a bedroom on the pool side otherwise the noise coming from Yumbo will make it impossible to sleep

very strategic location next to yumbo center, though i didn't experience any discomfort from loud music or anything, pool area is nice, awesome value for money

The restaurant in the hotel I got food poisoning and was sick for a hold 36 hours could not leave my room complained and notting was done

Location is superb .. Beds very comfortable .. Deep matrass toppers and light quilts.. Lovelly pool area and roof sun bathing terrace.all staff encountered very friendly especially Oscar on front desk. Apartments clean and bright

Nothing really just have to be aware location is right next to jumbo centre and if u are a light sleeper or retire early the 'night noises' may interfere with ur rest

A cheap and cheerful hotel. I went there for my partners birthday, its location is good if you want noise until the early mornings and also more noise from clubbers coming in at all hours, laden with alcohol. During the day you also have noise from the busy road it is on, so there is no relaxing in the quiet. There is a tv in the room which you have to pay 3euro per day to rent the remote control!!! and you will need to bring soap to wash your hands as this is not provided. Very good cameraman as the pics of the hotel don't exactly reflect the hotel.

Very good quality vs price. Location close to Yumbo (which is good when you party), not very far from Dunas and beach, large appartments, nice decoration, very comfy beds, free Wifi in reception zone + few PCs with a printer (so you can print you boarding passes). The hotel has a policy "Adults only" which is very good if you don't like kids screaming at the pool etc. Very gay friendly so if you don't accept it this is not a place for you. Overall for the price it's very good!

Hotel is located right next to Yumbo so if you are not going to party a loud music from discos until 3 am can disturb. But in the morning very quiet.

Location to bars restaurants n shops. Free wifi near reception along with Internet terminals small shop n reataurant bar.

Entertainment was on til 2am incredibly loud, open area so you can't escape if you're wanting an early night/night off from going out

It was very nice but our room was quiet loud at night with the music under our room everything eles was very good. Thank you.

Needs kettle hair drier and cloths drier ours was missing.And a shower for people to use before leaving on late flights.

reception staff. One in particular (an older man) Didnt speak any English at all and was hostile. Younger staff were more pleasant but he seemed to be on duty quite often. My room was above the pool and the pool bar played very loud music from quite early in the morning (despite my advance request for a quiet room) Noise from bars and clubs went on until at least 3am. no kettle/toaster in kitchenette

First time at Playa Del Sol and definitely will not be the last! Already looking at booking up for next year. The location offered us the best of both worlds so to speak, by day there was a very relaxing, peaceful, spacious atmosphere, and by night we were located right next to the Yumbo, shops and restaurants! But don't worry if the Yumbo is not your thing! You are close enough if you want it but far enough if you don't :) We didn't spend any of our nights within the hotel entertainment but it was always very lively and it went on until the early hours of the morning, maybe around 2am most evenings. This was perfect for us as we could play our own music in our room before going out without worrying that we were disturbing any other guests. It was a nice lively atmosphere but may not be suitable for anyone that likes to go to sleep early! This hotel was absolutely perfect for all of our needs! Location couldn't have been better as I explained above, cleanliness and comfort was outstanding, cleaning service 5 out of 7 days, clean rooms, very spacious, all rooms have good views.

no air conditioning anywhere in the aprtment and you couldnt have the windows open at night to cool down due to traffic etc-plus being first floor same applied to balconies as you could walk round etc. expensive to rent the safe -25 euros wanted 12 for an Iron worst tihng was , forgot -yes my fault a very expensive after shave. emailed them to see where it was and haven't even replied which is disrespectful.

appartments were quite large and roomy.only criticism was cost of renting safe 50 euros for two weeks.
