Very nice location. Very helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool.

I found the hospitality and location quite good, excellent staff at the restaurant, the food was good. Room -service also good. Very good background- music at the restaurant.

I found it difficult to find the place to park my rent-bicycle, despite the fact that the reception tried to explain to me twice where the location was. What about a better sign and description for your future guests? I also missed some scandinavian TV-channels at the room. Too many old/senior guests and little young-couple-friendly.

The cleanliness, location and staff

I like the location that was close to the beach.

I didn't like the food. Breakfast was ok, has some good choices; however diner was not good at all. Most of the food was cold and not freshly cooked. Did not mix with each other. Was very hard to chose something. During month April hotel was very boring, no restaurant in the hotel, bar with the drinks would not recommend.

Spa was O.K., with occasional interruptions by kids running in, even tho the sign at the entrance had clearly stated no under 18 years old persons allowed.

This is not a 4 star hotel. In my opinion it is barely 3 star. A very outdated 3 star. Even though all the rooms in the pictures on the web- site are nice and have a flat screen tv and seem to be in a very good condition, upon arrival we had discovered that rooms were most likely not updated since the '80s and the tv was so small and old the room would look better without it.. Truly a pitiful sight. The Walls and doors are super thin - and with all the noise during night time it is impossible to sleep nicely... Even walking could be heard in the hallway, no privacy at all. No double beds, just two small beds put together, with some absolutely ridiculous way the sheets are made - haven't seen anything like it in any other hotel - not comfortable, not pleasant. No room service - forget about eating in - need to get out of the hotel. And this is supposed to be 4 stars. The glasses and plates at breakfast were dirty - took a while to go through the tray to find a reasonably clean one, food is often stale from previous days. The staff doesn't make an effort to make up for this terrible condition of the hotel - they are just as bad most of the time. Really not worth staying in this hotel. Look for something else, because this is a rip off. I have stayed at better hostels that this "4 star hotel". Absolutely terrible hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Nice for a winter break, very good rates, would stay again

Only one bad thing. First we got a room with incredible bad outlooking. Than we changed it for seawiew ! For some more money , but this room was perfect ! Thank's for good service and various , super breakfast !! János from Budapest

The food in the hotel was excellent.

The hotel was very central with friendly, helpful staff. We had a very relaxing time made that way by the beautiful surrounding of the hotel.

Two outdoor swimming pools, one giant slide, spa, sauna and steam; had a beautiful view from the balcony and the half board option was really great value. Buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing, there was something different at the buffet dinner every night (and we stayed for 7!) service was great, people were nice. May get loud during the nights sometimes due to drunken people outside in the streets, but honestly, you'd expect that in most areas of Majorca during the summer. Location wise is great too, a 1 min walk to the beach and 15 min bus ride to Majorca center. Highly recommended!

Food was varied, plentiful and delicious. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Everywhere was spotless. The pools were great and the beach just metres away. A delightful short break and would be more than happy to return for a full fortnight.

its ok if you are german we were the only two english people at the resort, nothing was english could not read any menus no one could speak english well hotel not to bad, but would not stay there again, we had to travel into palma for a meal.
