It's proximity to the beech

Noise at night, poor bed & pillows. Noise in the morning from house staff . Only 1 English speaking tv channell . No tea/ coffee in the room .

Everything was really great, good range of facilities, right on the beach and nice attached sports bar. Shame about the noise on the street at night as people left bars and clubs.

Certain parts of the hotel (lobby, restaurant) seem to have been renovated and live up to the 4-star rating. The rooms themselves are dated and have more of a 2- or 3-star feel. Also, some luxury touches are missing: there was neither drinking water in the spa area nor a timer inside the sauna (which like the indoor pool closes too early, at 19:30, in my opinion). Internet worked painfully slowly. Staff were friendly but not particularly aware of events on the island.

Very nice hotel, big clean rooms, food was great! Lots of different dishes every day. Best location you can get. Next to the beach, Airport is 25 minutes away by bus and cost 2.50 euros (stops next t the hotel). Could not find any fault to be honest. Will definitely go back.

People hardly spoke English/all German.

We felt certain members of staff were very rude and showed a preference to customers from other European countries ahead of us from Britain. We found this very intimidating. The hotel was very noisy at night even in February out of season

Excellent location for an 'in town' experience, and convenient to airport, main roads etc..Very good breakfast. Lovely views from top.

I was mugged outside the hotel, and all my money, some £250 was stolen. Everything, and everybody was German. The tiny lifts were totally inadequate for such a large hotel.

This was a super hotel. The facilities and quality of the room was excellent. The reception rooms, breakfast, and pools were superb. Brilliant valu for money. Thank U and we will be back!

This was a clean modern hotel. Excellent facilities,very good beach location with friendly and helpful staff.

Wadrobe slightly small.Good shower but prone to floor flooding. No kettle or iron in room.

the sunbeds reserved with towels before breakfast and not occupied until about 11o'clock it would be good if there was a weather forcast daily at the reception

We have booked with half board. It was strange that the dinner didn't include any drinks, even the water we have to pay for.

The only two possitive comments I can make about the Playa Golf are that we had breakfast included with our rate and it was an amazing breakfast, the other would be, we were on the beach. Beautiful beach with lots of little shops and restaurants but you have to rent the lounge chairs at 5 Euro each a day as well as the tiki umbrella otherwise you are sitting at waters edge with no shelter from the sun, trust me, it is worth the 5 euro to rent the umbrella.

We did our research on this area and hotel and thought it to be a great place to visit for a few days but nowhere did we find information to prepare us for what we would have to endure. It is a haven for young drunken Germans,day and night, a disco that runs all night just across the street. The noise was unbearable.We brought our displeasure to the hotel staff twice and they could not or would not change our room to water view where it might have been a little quieter and since we paid for the room in advance, no chance of getting a refund.

Hi! I would like to say only good words about this hotel, I would recommend to stay there to everyone as this is a luxurious and comfortable hotel, people who are working there are very friendly, kind and generous. They have a very good service if you want to have a rest there, relaxation and not to think about anything, you can choose this hotel if you want to have all of it. I was in another hotels there as my friends invited me and they didn't have air - conditioner and I got wet in 1 minute as there was very - very hot outside and, of course, inside, you can save your money and choose another hotel but when you come to Mallorca you will be ready to pay for staying in another hotel because of the air - conditioner, and I made a conclusion that it was my the best choise. Also, it is a very safe and police are always stays in hotel, I saw him especially at night time. I had only breakfasts in hotel as prefered to eat dinners and suppers outside but the the meal was delicious, and differnt kind of food, may be they can feed all American Army if we think about the amount of food. It is very clean, the furniture is modern, and it looks like 5 - stars Hotel not like 4 - stars. And what I liked the most is the beach is only 2 minutes from hotel going from back door, they have a front door and back door you can use all of them as well. They have gym 3 swimming pools and sauna , exellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I will book this hotel as I am going to bring my parents and they need more comfort than me, especially air conditioner. I will miss my hotel and I think I will get stick to this hotel as I have a bad habit to use all the time if I like it, I don't know may be this is a good habit as well, I don't know... You can try.....

Is beautiful location in Playa de Palma.Staff friendly, very clean, very good breakfast.Is not WI-Fi free in hotel. 3 swimming pool very nice. Recommendid hpg.

Walls are not soundproof at all, every single noise come to your room, even the generator from the ground floor

The most annoying place to stay in Mallorca - the whole Playa de Palma- full of drank german who are "singing", jelling all day and night long.We came there from little quiet town Deia - it was such a contrast. The beach was so dirty...The hotel rooms didn't look like 4star. The view was to the noisy street and to the Beer Konig-full of drank german. Also we saw one big insect- cockroach in the hotel.
