Location on the beach.
If you are going to be open on New Year's Eve have a competent staff to run the hotel. Wifi didn't work in all rooms. Very dirty, to just the floor, but grunge on the nightstand. Had to change rooms because of leak and screen that didn't function.
The room we had book as sea side vew is a joke, you hardly see the sea. No place to park the car around, parking compulsory cost 18€. No fresh orange juce even if presented as so and no home made chocolate at breakfast.
Common areas were very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Soon was clean. View from our balcony was superb!
Tub was backing up. Maintenance came to fix it, but it continued to back up.
I liked hearing the ocean while I slept and the bathroom had a speaker in the ceiling so you could hear the soccer game on the TV when you were in the tub. We were able to bring a tray of coffee from the bar to the room and enjoy the balcony in our room. In America that is not offered.
I had to come back downstairs as I was not notified that you have to quickly open the door and put the key in to have power in the room. No phone number in the room for the front desk to ask what to do to get the power to work. Bar in room is not cold and it is overpriced for Cadiz. No ice machine on each floor. Onlyrics one elevator is working or turned on. We had to take r the stairs many times and the hotel had many rooms available so why did it take so long. Brochures in the lobby were outdated and to far away. You had one for Jerez go carts jacing. Far drive. No event Calan Der for the local area on one sheet. What was going on that weekend in Cadiz? Nothing was posted in the lobby. Check in guy acted like he did me a favor by giving me a seaside view. I booked my room with a seaside view. He said he saved me 22 euro. I guess you all think because we don'the speak Spanish that we are slow or stupid. Train your staff so they know people with money are educated. Don'the tell your customers false statements that are not true. We will not recommend your hotel when that happens.
1, almost perfect during check in. 2, beautiful view from balcony 3, very close to beach. 4, spacious room. 5, valuable breakfast with many options.
1, wifi signal not strong, disconnected sometimes. 2, no gym in 4stars hotel :( 3, 18 euro parking fee is a little bit expensive.
Large room and bed, great view, excellent breakfast, and although it was a bit far from the old city, the location is great!
The wi fi did not work well in the bedroom.
We stayed in the hotel in November so was mixed weather but it was a great experience. The hotel is right on the beach so you can hear the Atlantic waves very well if you open the window. We had a very pleasant stay a I would highly recommend this hotel. We got a very good rate so that was a bonus. We did not eat in the hotel so no comments on that. I would recommend the Argentinian restaurant called Matildejust opposite the hotel,it was excellent. Cadiz is a beautiful city and is well worth a visit
No tea making facility in the room.
Easy to find Easy parking underground We were upgraded to a lovely front ocean view room Excellent breakfast buffet
It would be nice to have an electric kettle of rtes or coffee and two cups
location - ideal for city buses - fabulous long sandy beach
swimming pool in shade most of day
It was a modern hotel, bright and clean; with friendly and helpful staff. Overlooking a wide sandy beach and good position for the sun. Excellent breakfast and plenty of variety.
Parking is very difficult in the surrounding area. The only way you can park is by using the hotel´s underground park. This comes at a very high price. We were charged 18 euros for one night stay. Fortunately we were only staying one night.
Every thing was fantastic thanks guys for a brilliant weekend Regards Ian Paterson
The location is the best on the beach - as a matter of fact the only hotel directly on the beach. The morning buffet was great and overlooked the water with lots of variety of food. It was also the first bed in Europe we had that was bigger than a double - a real treat.
Nothing that I can think of ?? The internet was a bit weak but we were on holidays so not a big deal.
Very comfortable room. Great view from balcony. Very good location. Everything's are perfect.
Much better than I had expected for some reason! Really lovely hotel. Contemporary, clean, gorgeous pool. Great area for sunbathing or reading and relaxing. Try to book a room with a Sea View, it's definitely worth it, the Sunset from the balcony and the view over the white sands and blue sea is stunning! Perfect location on beach with great eateries very close by. The beach bar is friendly and has amazing seafood. Manager speaks English so that helped! Very helpful Reception and Cleaning Staff, comfy bed, mini bar. Breakfast was a virtual banquet! Something for everyone. We were all in all delighted with our stay. (Could be noisier in peak season I guess)
Would have loved tea making facility in the room Bar prices prohibitive. We had a vodka and orange and a rum and coke which was 17 euros! Drink somewhere else! Shame as the bar is pretty with a grand piano.
Breakfast was very good to excellent. Most of the staff were very helpful - they loaned me an adaptor plug and printed out my boarding pass - no charge. Location is perfect if you want a beach holiday - plenty of great eating places right beside hotel. Location not so good if you want to spend more time in the town but don't enjoy walking. We found it ideal as some evenings we took a "stroll' up the beach to the town. All in all a very good hotel.
Hotel is beginning to look a bit shabby. One member of staff on reception when we arrived was not welcoming or friendly - we could not get a smile from him. I think first appearance are so important but luckily everything else was good.
Sea view, rooms spotless, lift direct to the beach. Big breakfast buffet. No 7 bus in front of the hotel takes you to the old town or about 20 minutes walk. 6 euros taxi from train station. Take a cocktail (best strawberry daiquiris) bar to the left of the hotel as you leave cococobana?
- Location: not in the city center (3 min by 703 bus or 15-20 min. walking on the beach/city streets); nearness to the great num. of restaurants, bars and other facilities. - Nice place for surf-riding (for beginners) - Hotel itself with really big apartments, sea view, extremely comfortable beds, perfect breakfast and stable WiFi
Sea views, nice rooms and good breakfast. Close to bus stop for access to old town.
Beautiful hotel both inside and outside. Clean rooms Comfy bed Helpful reception staff Great breakfast Great pool and sun terrace Great location right on beach
Restaurant staff always looked unhappy Restaurant food a bit hit and miss Paying 40 euros deposit for pool towels
View from the balcony, great to hear the sound of the waves. Plenty of storage and room a good size
Although we did walk to the old town a couple of times (it was a long way) there is an excellent bus service which stops right outside the hotel and is only 1.10 euros per person to the old town. The buses run every few minutes. The hotel has a nice pool and is right on the beach.
The hotel is on the beach, breakfast was good.
Old atmosphere of the rooms. Wifi signal way to poor!
very good breakfast buffet, there was hamon, camambert cheese, salmon, champagne, churros with hot chocolate, orange fresh and fresh fruits, youghurts extra blankets and sheets fast room service but only untill 22.30 beach towels with deposit of 20 euro, when towels returned they give your money back
no kettle rather far from city center limescaled shower tap water goes bad noise in the room from balcony facing street very bad wi-fi signal
Almost an hour to check in with Booking.com booking. Same happened to person before me. A/C did not work. Sea view not good. Shower head had no hook too shower. Bath dirty Horrible, started bad and ended just as bad.
