L'infrastruttura è mlolto carente, ottimo solo per viaggi con amici a cui interessa poco dove dormire basterebbe poco per migliorarlo.

La sistemazione iniziale non corrispondeva alla stanza prenotata. Era nascosta in un ala dell'hotel ed aveva una finestra che si affacciava sulla strada, molto diversa dalla stanza con vista mare e balcone per cui avevamo pagato un bel extra. Abbiamo risolto noi dopo varie insistenze facendo verificare quando si sarebbe liberata una di quelle che corrispondevano alla nostra prenotazione. Sempre nei primi giorni l'albergo era in balia di due gruppi di ragazzi inglesi che nella pratica faceva I propri comodi: casino infernale nei corridoi a qualsiasi ora, piscina ridotta ai minimi termini lanciandovi dentro sdraio e tavoli e addirittura hanno rotto pure qualche vetro. Nella pratica la sorveglianza è stata quasi nulla.

The staff were tremendously nice: you could ask them anything. They knew all about the location we visited (touristic info) and were always willing to fix any problems considering our hotel-stay (if they coúld fix it;). The pool was also very pleasant: sunshine all day, clean, spacious, nice lookouts along the harbourside.

We chose the option of a studio so we could save some money in expensive Ibiza whilst cooking our own meals. Next too some basic cutlery (2 knives, 2 forks and 1 spoon) there was nothing from kitchentools; quite hard then to prepare decent food (or eat it:).Even harder when you only get 1 table, no chairs, no terrace/balcony (we crawled out of the window and ate outside on the pool-terrace), no kitchen light and non-working hot plates. Ok, they came to fix the light and hot plates right away when we asked for it, but the hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms. We made the best of it, we survived the airco (which did sound like a plane ready for take-off) but got home having a cold and with the plan to pay a bit more next time for better quality. The other rooms looked better but the hotel could use a firm update!
