Very very good value for money hotel.The room was very big and comfortable. The location was the best that we could choose.

Kitchenette equipment: how you are supposed to wash the dishes without sponge and washing-up liquid? Quite noisy: you could clearly hear the voices of the neighbour's room Fire alarm: in 10 days this alarm was set off least 5 times, twice after midnight, the rest between 8h and 9h in the morning. NOT funny!

I enjoyed it! I recommend this hotel.

Close to airport, historic city center, boardwalk, beach, shopping facilities

We had a room right next to the lift (Room 231) - whenever the lift was used, a deep and loud humming filled the room - very annoying especially when about to fall asleep

This place is great! Just a few steps from the beach, you can dine on a splendid terrace and enjoy the view of the sea. Hint: if you are buying the food on your own, there is a supermarket that inscludes fresh fish, meat and vegateblase at the price of regular Spanish shop - you just have to ask for them (20 minutes walk).

In April they are not ready for th season but its hot enough to swim

The hotel in itself was really noisy, you can hear steps above you all hours of the night and doors slamming repeatedly.

Stunning sea views, exceptionally clean rooms, superb location.

The hotel is perfect, the rooms are very nice,big,clean, comfortable with kitchen. All that u need u have there. Nice pool with sea water. 20 minutes walk from the city center,10 minutes walk from the beach. Close to the airport, just 10 minutes by taxi.

First room i get was wiew to the garbadge containers, so i ask to change and i get room with 1 sq.m big balcony. 2ppl cant stand on it :(

A great location, just outside Ibiza town. Beautiful sea view from our tastefully decorated room. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchnette area. Free wifi in the lobby area and drinks in the hotel bar very cheap. Both pool areas are clean and tidy and well supervised! Ample parking for cars if you drive. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent for a budget hotel

The walls are quite thin, this didnt bother myself and my friend but if you are a light sleeper or are easily disturbed then this might not be the hotel for you, however the staff are extremely good at ensuring people are quiet as they walk around the complex!

There room was quite big We made wrong reservation dates so booking.com and receptionist were both very helpfull to sort out all the dates and price changes.

nice big swimming pool, spacious studios, big terrace if you have the seaview ones, real good and soft beds, clean bathroom & towels with good water pressure and free soaps & shampoo, near to the center

a bit noisy, but this is more the guest's fault than the hotel's for the wifi winers amongst us, please stay home if your only interest on holiday is your computer!!!

Great location, perfect deal between the clubs and the city center. Beach just in front of the apartments.

Very nice studio apartments at the end of Ramon Muntanez street. Hotel staff is nice and helpfull and the interior of the apartments are really nice and clean. And most important is it's very central to beaches and clubs and to Ibiza town. And the view is great if you choose rooms with sea sight. Also don't forget to rent lockers in the lobby.

There's a little sound insulation problem. You can hear the outside noise in your room. Maybe because of the doors are wooden and not steady. And there's no wi-fi

The rooms were very clean, quite modern and fresh. We had our own kitchen which was great, with most neccesaties included. We also had a balcony on the ground floor with a great balcony over looking the water. Pool was big with nice fountain and sun beds. security was good

There was no free wifi in the rooms. Had to go to the foyer to use it and it was incredibly slow. If you wanted wifi in the rooms you had to pay

Great little apartments, basic but with a clean design that made them feel a teeny bit more luxurious than your usual budget apartments. Clean, beds were lovely and comfy, close enough to all the nightlife yet far enough to have some peace and quiet, we had a fab time!

The air conditioning dripped quite a bit which actually made the floor dangerous and we both nearly fell at least once (while still sober I hasten to add) but really it was a minor inconvenience

I found the sea view to be absolutely fantastic, and the balcony/terrace was used a lot. The rooms were kept clean, and the maid service was excellent. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, the curtains cut out a lot of light so if you needed a sleep in during the day this was not a problem. The pool in the inner courtyard, although saltwater, was of good size and cleanliness. Also I never had any trouble getting a sunbed, however in peak season this may not be the case. The location is slightly tucked away from figueretas beach and a bit outside Ibiza Town, making it easy to reach both places but not as busy.

The only negative is that the walls are very thin, so you can people moving around and talking in the next room. This was not really a problem during my stay, but if you were unfortunate enough to have a noisy neighbour it may bother you.

We had a room near reception, so unfortunately, if was noisy. Worse, it was room that looked directly out onto the street, so very closing car door could be heard from the bed where you were trying to get to sleep. We had to change rooms.
