It's a good hotel with excellent value for money. Close to main attractions (towers "Mudejar style") and public parkings. Although the city itself is rather small :) There is an interesting stylish bed's lightening in the room. Smell in bathroom wasn't good.

El hotel recientemente reformado, Nos dieron la habitación del atico, amplia, con decoración moderna, baño con sauna e hidromasage.La situación en el centro perfecta, se puede aparcar al otro lado del puente, sin zona azul. El personal muy amable. Muy recomendable.

La Habitacion nos ha gustado mucho. El personal muy atento y agradable. No iba bien la calefacción pero nos pusieron dos radiadores eléctricos y muy bien. La limpieza y confort excelente. Todo ok.

Muy buena situación, aunque un poco complicado de encontrar. El Tom Tom nos llevó a otro sitio. Está a un paso de casi todo, y el diseño de las habitaciones es, cuanto menos, muy curioso. El personal, amable, aunque algo lento.

La situación de hotel es muy buena, el hotel en sí está muy bien y el trato del personal fue excelente. Como pega le pondría que no dispone de parking y hay que aparcar en uno público al lado en el que te cobran 14 € al día a partir de 14 horas. Por lo demás, estuvimos genial y muy a gusto. Y sigo recalcando que el trato fue maravilloso. Lo único reseñable, lo dicho del parking, pero tampoco es que no me haya gustado, es una pequeña pega, sin más...

El Sercotel Plaza Boulevard está dirigido por una persona amable, cordial, eficaz y eficiente que ayuda al resto de trabajadores en todas las tareas y que trata expléndidamente al cliente, se interesa por él y siempre le dedica una sonrisa. Le hicimos una pequeña sugerencia que ni siquiera era una queja e inmediatamente reacciono invitándonos a desayunar a los cinco que nos alojamos en su hotel. Deberían tomar ejemplo otros establecimientos que hacen justamente lo contrario. El resto de personal del establecimiento actúa igual que su líder y disfrutan haciendo feliz al cliente. Lo recomiendo a todos por el trato ejemplar, porque esta recién reformado, porque está muy bien ubicado, porque está perfectamente aislado térmica y acústicamente, la limpieza es muy difícil de mejorar y el ambiente de la cafetería es muy agradable gracias al valor añadido que aporta la simpatía sincera de los empleados.

Lo mejor su ubicación, en pleno centro de Teruel. La habitación daba a un patio oscuro, y olía a comida y humo de las cocinas de los edificios vecinos.

La ubicacion. Personal amable y agradable. Es un hotel parcialmente rehabilitado, pero se advierten muchos detalles que no se han cuidado. El desayuno es muy pobre, no merece la pena contratarlo.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva de la habitación triple. Nos pusieron en una habitación con cama doble y cama supletoria, aunque al realizar la reserva indicáramos que éramos 3 adultos. Sin embargo el personal del hotel fue muy atento y corrigió su error pronto. Deberían avisar al realizar la reserva del tipo de cama de que se dispone. Por ejemplo, en las habitaciones triples, indicar que una es supletoria y la otra puede ser doble.
