Very nice hotel in an ideal and central location. The staff were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. The room I had was modern,bright and clean. Teruel is a lovely place, small and compact but with plenty to occupy yourself for a day and great buildings. If you do go make sure you cross the footbridge over the road to the 'newer' part of town where this is a nice park. It's fair to say that Teruel is a bit isolated but is easily reached on the train from either Valencia or Zaragoza. It's well worth making a visit. Nothing.

The hotel was lovely and well positioned for our overnight stay We were woke every 15. Minutes by a buzzing noice witch lasted 30 seconds so got up at 6 am and had a long journey the next the worst thing was the hotel were aware of the problem. They should not have let anyone stay in that room especially as we had asked for a quiet room on checking in

Location is ideal and can walk to the bus station (ten minutes) and all important sites in Teruel including the central square which has good and reasonably-priced food. Loved the excellent service from the staff especially the warm and friendly bespectacled young lady at reception who invited us to the breakfast buffet full of fresh and delicious items laid out at the corner of the bar, spoke excellent English and made us feel really at home in this bright and sparkling hotel. We loved the ham, tortilla (you don't get this everywhere, and certainly not so well-made) and freshly-brewed coffee, cosiness of the bar and the relaxed atmosphere of the whole place. Will re-visit Teruel, fascinating Mudejar architecture! There was a crack on the seat of the toilet bowl which should have been attended to before we checked in, but since we were there for only one night, we didn't make a fuss especially as everything else was so good.

La ubicación es excelente, céntrico pero sin ruídos. Funcional y bonita la decoración de las habitaciones. Rocio, la recepcionista nos ha dado unas informaciones excelentes de los lugares cercanos así como de las posibles excursiones en la zona. Muy profesional. El olor en los pasillos y en la planta baja. No tiene recepción.

Muy bien situado, desayuno bien. El sistema de calefaccion era por aire y hacia mucho ruido, además se oia mucho el movimiento de gente y hab.

La ubicación es casi perfecta, porque se puede dejar el coche en un aparcamiento cercano y al mismo tiempo estás en el centro de la ciudad. El precio muy barato para el tipo de habitación que ofrecen. Nada me ha disgustado especialmente. Por decir algo, mencionaría que, como tantos otros hoteles, usan almohadas demasiado blandas y bajas.

Entre todas las cosas que nos has gustado de este hotel es lo genial que esta situado ya que esta justo al lado y pegado de la Plaza Mayor y te permite visitar la ciudad a pie. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy grandes y lo que destacaríamos de ellas es que tienen un gran diseño,son muy modernas, tienen unas luces graduables en la parte superior de la cama que las puedes cambiar de color cuando tu quieras, lo que hace que sean muy divertidas dando rienda suelta a tu imaginación sobre todo si vas en pareja ( recomendamos el color rojo, jajaj), las ducha y bañera son hidromasaje haciendo de la estancia un lugar perfecto para relajarte después de un día de no parar y la limpieza de la habitación impecable. También hacer una especial mención al personal de recepción ya que nada mas llegar nos informaron de todo los sitios que podíamos visitar en Teruel, facilitándonos planos y descuentos para realizar actividades y diciéndonos los mejores sitios para ir de tapas, todo esto con una gran simpatía y especial amabilidad. También nos dejamos una pulsera en la habitación de cien euros y a una hora de salir del hotel nos llamaron diciéndonos que nos la habíamos dejado olvidada allí y a los dos días ya la hemos recibido en nuestro domicilio, lo que quiere decir que por parte del personal demuestra una gran honestidad, seriedad y responsabilidad a la hora de realizar su trabajo -- Para ser una ciudad como Teruel el precio esta muy por encima del resto de hoteles, aunque hay que decir que estuvimos en plena Semana Santa. -- No hay parking en el hotel, debes contratar los servicios de un parking privado que vale unos 15 euros por día, sin ningún tipo de descuento al ser visitante.

El hotel es como la ciudad, pequeño y con encanto. Las recepcionistas son amabilísimas, ayudándote en todo (recomendando visitas, sitios de tapas...) Para aparcar es fácil en el Ensanche, justo al otro lado del viaducto peatonal.

Está en buena zona para visitar Teruel Andando. El desayuno muy bueno. Pagamos 75€ quizá excesivo para la calidad de la habitación. Por la noche no hay recepción tienes que llamar y te atienden desde otro hotel. Fotos mejor que la realidad.

La atención es muy buena, en recepción dan información muy completa. El detalle de bienvenida me parecio bien. La limpieza del cuarto estaba no lo habian dejado bien, habian restos de pelos al rededor de todo el lavamanos y en la ducha.
