Early morning noise. Deliveries and street cleaning and refuse.

This was my secomd visit.Booked it because of its excellant location,this time with my daughter,and we could not find fault with any aspect of our stay there.

Fantastic Hotel, cleanliness, location and staff

The Spa had to be booked 12 hours in advance and had additional costs.

located near centre of resort,bathroom was clean and well equiped.

small old style hotel located in pedistrian zone of town, very difficult to drive too,only parking for very small cars, municipal car park close by charges 22 euro for overnight. only sea view is from roof of hotel. rooms . Beds are small .breakfast was continental only.Does not take American express cards.

Indoor pool was very small and not heated Jacuzzi and spa were an additional cost and required advance booking.

Though the staff is overworked, they always had a smile and hello, encouranging me in my broken Spanish. They were more than helpful, friendly and efficient. They helped me in a pinch, for which I am very grateful. They were enthusiastic and generous with their love of Nerja, the community and genuine in their desire for me to get the best of Nerja. The Carnival was top! Much thanks for a beautiful vacation.

Fab location, place was immaculate, very helpful when asked to change rooms for bath rather than shower.....lovely hotel especially for the price

a cooked breakfast at least once would have been nice.We were given two single beds rather than a double which I had requested

Very clean, great central position

6 am sunday morning, so much noise outside, street cleaners, deliveries, cars pulling up. Hotel is on last bit of road before a pedestrian area and seems like everyone stopped outside our bedroom window!

Great location on the central square but a bit noisy. Not a problem if you're an early bird

Very convenient for town centre, good selection of bars and restaurants nearby, nice local beaches, good continental breakfast, comfortable rooms and very good bathrooms.

Car parking limited to smaller vehicles, staff could have been more overtly friendly, hello, can I help you etc. would help when asked but didn't volunteer

I liked the location of this lovely hotel and it's rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. Nice to have UK channels on the TV, a bit of a bonus there.

Staff, cleanliness, location, etc. all great.

The breakfast is not good. It can be very loud with the tiled hallways and rooms.

We were in Nerja for the New Year celebration and the hotel was perfectly located for this purpose although some might say it was a little too close to the action and it was difficult getting any sleep on New Years nght.!

The bar was closed at midnight on New Years Eve !!!!!!!!!

Everything! A warm welcome, excellent friendly service throughout, clean comfortable & well equipped rooms, continental breakfast with plenty of choice, perfect location for shops bars & beach, our 2nd time here & we will be back!

It was close to the centre of town as in a minutes walk from the square - Balcon de Europa.

The beds were not that comfortable but fine if only for a few days. It is worth staying here for the location.

Breakfast room in basement - ever so slightly dank. Satellite TV in room would have been good - only Spanish channels available. It's a town centre hotel and given the nocturnal habits of the Spanish it was a bit noisy but go with the flow!

Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want including English tv, which was a godsend as the weather was indifferent.

The only problems that we had was that our room was on the first floor and the traffic noise was considerable until quite late. Also the indoor pool was not operational and this was disappointing as the weather was bad and it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
