Location and the style of the hotel. Lack of facilities. In particular the inability to get a drink or even a coffee. Even though there is a bar it was closed at 3pm each day

L acceuil était chaleureux la 1 ére nuit ; la chambre était trop petite , j ai reclamé j ai enreique vu qu il parle trés bien le français ; il m a promis le changement de la chambre dés le 2 éme jour , tout est bien je suis trés contente de la chambre 608 j hésite pas à séjourner dans le même hôtel dés mon prochain séjour J ai voulu annuler la prolongation , car j ai eu un incident imprévu , le booking.com , m a apellé pour me dire ; on n'a pas de soucis d annuler , mais l'hôtel ,ne rend pas l argent ; j ai apellé l'hôtel , le recepioniste m a dit ( il fut voir avec le booking.com ) a la fin j ai cedé ; car je me suis retrouvé en balance entre booking.com et l'hôtel pourtant ; l annulation était avant 24 h ;

Excellent emplacement, proche de la gran via, du métro, stations de bus, néanmoins suffisamment éloigné du centre ville festif et nocturne pour des nuits calmes, très bon rapport qualité/prix, buffet petit déjeuner à 13.€50 pantagruélique, personnel courtois,parlant français, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé à un tarif inférieur de 10€ à celui des parkings municipaux environnants. Rien de notable.

الموقع انه قريب من محطه المترو والباص السياحي وشارع قران فيا وساحه اسبانيا صغر حجم الغرفه وهذا طبيعي في اكثر فنادق اوربا

Habitación bien insonorizada, relación calidad/ precio buena. Limpieza del hotel. Muy bien situado. Detalle de bienvenida. La TV no sintonizaba correctamente la mayoría de los canales. Sólo había ropa y complementos de baño para una persona.

La ubicacion es fundamental, sin estar en el centro lo tienes todo muy cerca. Metros cercano. El precio / calidad muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy grandes y las nuestras continuas con la de mis hijos. El personal muy atentos especialmente angel. Las camas y almohadas no fueron de mi agrado.

Excelente atencion por parte de todo el personal. Una calida recepcion, una habitacion amplia, limpia y confortable, desayuno para todos los gustos y una muy buena ubicacion han hecho de este hotel en Madrid uno de mis preferidos. El precio del estacionamiento es excesivo.
