The hotel is too far from the train station.
The efforts of Mr. Hugo in helping issues beyond the hotel stay.
The breakfast was sufficient.
The shower stall was the smallest in the world!
Value for money, short distance from Main Street and amenities
The location of the hotel - close enough to the old part of town (15 min walk) bit far enough to find tapas bars for local folk. The hotel is exactly as described online. If anyone has any complaints they should keep in mind it is a 3star hotel.
Room was clean and spacious with decent decor. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
Our family stayed for 4 nights in this hotel based on a local friend's recommendation. Hotel rooms are clean & tidy. Staff is friendly & helpful. Supermarket is nearby. We (4 persons) also rented bikes from hotel for touring & have fun.
Exceptional guest services from both the manager and the receptionist who each spent a lengthy time assisting us in our familiarisation of Seville, including mapping out walking routes to the main sites, and the manager even personally vacated his carpark (and assisted with Parking our large family car in the onsite carpark). Good location, walkable to all the main sites, but with the benefit of lower rates. Outlook into a plain and somewhat utilitarian square, but easily driven to and welcome late spring sunshine streaming in our opening windows, beats a sealed window 'view' of the back of a building as we encountered at much higher priced accommodations in other Spanish cities. I would recommend this property for budget conscious travellers who desire comfortable, clean, well equipped and well located accommodation providing outstanding customer service.
The one female staff member servicing the breakfast room was efficient but decidedly surly ... this was at odds with all other staff we encountered over 3 days.
1- Staff were really helpful and cooperative
1- the hotel car parking is really small so is not suitable for wide/big cars
Helpful and friendly staff. It is in a local neighbourhood and there are nice (ie. non-tourist trap) eateries nearby.
A bit of a schlep from the touristy centre of the old city but manageable by bus and by cab.
No double beds Air con a little loud Rooms a bit tired, need a bit of upgrading
Clean, good value, quiet
Location, small shower
staff was very helpfull with informing us
Cheap, good location (for us anyway), not too far from secure parking or the railway station. Clean and pleasant with friendly staff
Just a bit characterless
not a bad location - an easy 10-15 minute stroll to the heart of the city. Very clean, excellent value for money and pleasant staff.
Staff really helpful. They have bikes that you can use free. Seville by bike is fantastic. 10 min from Santa Lucia station en 15 min away from the Alcazar. Really easy to get to from the airport.
Place near city centre, cosy rooms
No soundproof, you can hear voices and other sounds from other rooms
Everything was great! It is close to the center, the staff is great,
The staff could not have been friendlier, very help regarding where to go and where to eat
We travel most time with a dog, the room we were given was small but it was close to the lift and therefore very noisy. Parking for lager cars is very difficult. Most brits like 2 x pillows, bolsters type pillow very uncomfortable.
The management and staff were particularly friendly and helpful
On street parking would have been a nightmare. Glad I booked a parking space at the hotel
Nice beds and great value for money considering breakfast was included. There wasn't any cooked food but it was a repectable breakfast. Staff were nice too.
Directions on how to get to the hotel from the train station need to be revised!!
Fairly good location with car parking option. Payable. Very very limited food and drink
No mention of bike use which I had asked for
very very small bathtube, no english communication at reception, small carpark
