Everything was great here specially the staff -

Nothing - (my only recommendation though would be to ban smoking in the balconies on the first and 2nd floors so the smoke does not enter the kitchen areas or other rooms through the windows) - please only make the upstair terrace a smoking place.

The Staff were extremely helpful and Lily spent at least 20 to 30 minutes when I arrived going through an excellent free map they had provided and pointing out what to see, where to eat etc. Lily, Nuria and Pepe also answered many questions over the 4 days I stayed there and they were extremely patient and helpful at all times. This friendliness and helpfulness makes it so much easier for a Traveller, particularly if it is your first time to a city and you do not speak the language. It was very close to the centre of the city which was great as I could walk everywhere. Common areas and the kitchen were excellent and the shower and toilet facilities were also of a very high standard of cleanliness. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it

Overall the experience was a great one. The only comment I would make would be that because of the acoustics it is quite noisy and one can hear traffic and other sounds which necessitate the use of earplugs.

Workers are very polite and willing to help and recomend

It has very bad "isolation". You can hear everything during the night-people's talk, steps... They even sell earplugs because of that!

Great location, very close to the city center and the room was spacious and well-lit.

There were ants in the bathroom and the WiFi didn't work too well from our room. Also, we had asked for a "double bed" which we though would be a full sized bed, but turned out to just be two beds pushed together. It was rather pricey but our dates were limited so we went with it.

    Location is very good.

Hostel was a bit quiet, haven't really met any other travelers, was not much socialization going on so if you are traveling alone and want to meet people look for a different hostel. If you want a quiet place to stay it's perfect.

There were lockers but you weren't guaranteed one. The lounge and kitchen were great and the location was prime for getting around Granada. There were plenty of bathrooms.

It's hard to find because the sign is so small. The lockers were first come first served so we didn't get a locker. We also weren't made aware that we had to leave at 11am each day for the cleaning lady but our room was always clean.

It's located in the city centre, very convenience. Clean and comfort room and bathroom

There is no offer for breakfast. You have to pay in order to leave your luggage in the reception.

The location, the beautiful building, the rooms, the air-con, the free wifi, the friendly atmosphere, the kitchen, the helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer!

Nothing, it was as good as it could have been.
