The modern Iberostar Alcudia Park apartments are on Muro Beach in the north Mallorcan resort area of Alcudia. The complex has a lagoon-style swimming pool and a covered winter pool.
Score from 85 reviews Very good

Set in the charming Majorcan resort of Alcudia, this stylish, modern hotel overlooks its own huge outdoor swimming pool and features state-of-the-art spa facilities.
Score from 275 reviews Very good
Esther had room spotless. Location quiet but close to pollencea and alcudia. Plenty if sun beds.
Theme nights in restaurant were poorly laid out. Food was good quality but long queues at times.
Lovely complex. Loads of facilities. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely recommend this complex to all.
Pollentia Club Resort is superb! Everything from the food to the facilities and the entertainment was simply wonderful. We will be back.
staff facilities breakfast beach cycling ducks location
bed linen - no underblanket or mattress protector, which felt uncomfy & unclean. vegetarian options in the evening very poor quality & choice - strange for a hotel attracting health/sports
I have to say this was a great stay for me and my son. His mum could not fly out so I was apprehensive as to how I would manage on my own but the guy's at the resort were ver good when they needed to be. Late at night coming back with the hire car we had trouble finding parking spaces in the car park hotel nearest the hotel so we used the larger car park to the side. This was a long way from our room as our room was on the other side of the hotel. I asked reception to send one of their golf buggy's to pick us up which was not a problem. great for my 4 year old who had worn himself out from swiming, running all day. The staff in general where very knowledgable and helpful and definitely made the stays easier and more enjoyable. Great kids facilities in all the pools and activity centres. Would definitely go back again.
Only downside is the resort was too big at times for me and four year old. Probably because we asked for a quite room away from the pool area.
the service was good the facilities were good
too crouded at breakfast - a free for all didnt know it was an apartment type hotel campus and not a hotel
Returned yesterday after spending a week with my family at the Pollentia Club Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. PCR is very child-friendly, and has good facilities. We found the journey to and from the airport convenient and it is also well located for Puerto Pollensa. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are planning to go back next year.
This is not a criticism but rather a suggestion. Although the food was great, I would have liked to see more variety in the types of cuisine.
location, location, location! Room was comfortable, air conditioned and clean, food choice was good and plentyful, beds were reasonably comfortable, staff were helpful and polite
car parking is inadequate at peak times and the small space size make it difficult to manoeuver in and out. The noise from the road is quite loud in rooms/apartments near the road.
Good staff, clean and spacious bedrooms, lovely gardens.
Very busy in August, dining rooms too busy and long wait for drinks at the bar.
the food was really good, plenty of choices to pick from, if you wanted to eat healthy it was not a problem, good salad bar, plenty of fish every day. Facility was overall very clean, nice mantained sport areas, good and big pool despite the fact that it was a lot of people. You could always find an empty spot.
ok- here it is: we basically did not sleep thru a single night- the horror of mosquitos! they were 10 each night we smashed and more would come every night. This was a simple nighmare. You go on vacation to catch up on your sleep-but we were exhausted after a week of staying there. We actually were happy to be back home... The other thing was the cleaning maids, they were sometimes cleaning around 4:00pm, a bit late if you want to enjoy a clean room, also they would not refill the soap etc.
A lot of sports ! Great pools ! Exceptional service ! Our children loved it ! Very good food ! Would highly recommend the hotel !!
Great facilities Good food - excellent and varied selection Never felt too busy even though it was fully booked Staff were great - esp. good with kids Good entertainment
The girl who ran the kids club was probably the least engaged with kids of all the staff we met. My son only went twice!
low lying, green, colourful resort. excellent food in an array of lovely restaurants. good sports facilities.
at least 1 further pool, preferably shallow/life guard and for younger kids. better organised, kinder and more interested staff for the kids club.
Staff, food, entertainment, pool
Being woken up most mornings as rooms are not very soundproof.
The resort itself was lovely and big, clean and spacious.even though the resort was busy you did not feel it was packed with people, plenty of sunbeds and parasols, and the main pool was huge.the staff were fantastic especially the entertainment staff, they seemed to work all day and night too, from 10am to 4pm there was loads of activities set up for young children, older children, teenagers and adults, from yoga, step aerobics, aqua aerobics, shooting, darts, archery, bowls, dance lessons, bingo, pool games etc every day, then mini disco at 830pm followed by shows put on by staff or outside acts like bands, dance groups, zoo show etc till 11pm.we found it was brillant everyone in our family from 2 adults, one 6yr old and a15yr old,was entertained.food and drink were good quality fresh and plently of it,every evening the 2 big restaurants had a theme night if you wanted to try something different, everyone was catered for if you wanted to eat healthy the salad and fruit were excellent but you could also overeat there was so much choice.we stayed one week but it felt like two we were so relaxed.we didn't move outside the resort so we didn't get to see the surrounding areas, which is unlike us because we do like to explore and maybe do a waterpark and beach trips but we found we were very happy to stay put, towels were provided for pool and showers, toiletries too, service from reception to cleaning staff was superb, ther was a shop onsite for suncream, blow up beds, postcards and swimsuits etc.i really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return again next year
Really hard to fault anything,.......the noise from frogs at night but you do get used to it and the resort is on a nature reserve,so you have to expect some wildlife night activity better than drunken fools singing and messing or loud disco music!!
The grounds of Club Pollentia are exceptionally well maintained and it was lovely just to walk around looking at the plants and the views from the nature reserve at the back of the hotel. The pool area of which there are 2 at opposite ends of the site were perfect and there were plenty of loungers to choose from. The staff were very helpful and catered for any needs you may have. There was a hobby club at the hotel which ran exercise classes and many other activities but also gave great advice or booked excursions for you. There were bikes to hire, wind surfing and diving on site. There was also kids clubs which were well used if you had younger children. The food was of a very high standard and there was lots of choice, catering for a wide variety of tastes. The dining area particularly the outdoor dining area was lovely. There was also another dining room at the opposite end of the site which provided themed nights, also pool bar areas to eat which were great for lunch. The rooms were a good size and I particularly liked the way they were spaced out across the site so the resort never felt too busy even when it was. I would recommend the village rooms as they looked much bigger and were in a perfect location. It was quiet and there was never any noise from other rooms. The location is between Pollenca and Alcudia and there is a good bus service every 15 minutes. Buses stopped at 9pm but taxis were inexpensive. I was half. board giving breakfast and evening meal but would advise all inclusive as you can soon spend a fortune on drinks, ice lollies etc. Most people were all inclusive. This place is great for families with children and I would definitely visit again.
The rooms could do with a bit of a redecorate. No kettle in the rooms and you needed to pay to hire one. This is also the case using the room safe.
Staff work very hard long hours, always smiling, bend over backwards to make you happy Hotel is rated four star and looks & feels like a four star hotel Food on site was amazing, tons of choice every day Breakfast choice is huge Pools are large and clean Rooms clean and comfortable Free Wifi everywhere Never ran out of sun beds despite being full Location of hotel is fantastic, 3 miles from Port Pollenca & Alcudia Based opposite the seafront, great views from front of hotel every day Genuinely blown away by our holiday, always suspicious of all-inclusive promises, but this hotel was amazing Entertainment very good, though some staff-run productions did tend to repeat, some external bands brough in very good, kids entertainment very very good Will definitely return
No real grumbles at all Wifi strong in public areas, weaker in rooms, would occasionally drop out, but it was free so not really moaning about such a small point Necessary air con tad noisy at night, again small point
We have been here 12 times now which speaks volumes. We love the surroundings, the greenery, ponds and wildlife. The food on the whole is good. Staff are great. Facilities for kids are great and if the kids are happy we are!!
Don't like going in peak season as it feels too crowded.
It's in a quiet location along the beach and close to Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. It's easy to get around from, with a car or bus. The resort is surrounded by lots of trees so it stays cool and comfortable even when it's super sunny. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and hardworking. The Animation team was wonderful, the kids loved the shows in the evenings.
The aircon in the room was terrible and the beds were hard and not so comfortable. It was hard to sleep well at night. We wanted an upgrade but everything was booked throughout our stay there. The beach in front is not nice, only conducive for Kitesurfers and other water sports. There's not much to do outside the immediate vicinity of the resort. The closest town is Port de Pollensa and 5 mins away with transportation.
This hotel is recomended for families, there are lots of activities.
Great for families with 14/15 yr olds. Food great, given the numbers catered for. Really enjoyed the entertainment options. Overall we had a good holiday and would go again with teenagers.
We got ear infections, as did some other guests who stayed. The main pool is huge but the water in it is quite cloudy. Generally quite noisy around the pool as there are a lot of people staying.
Nice location great service and excellent atmosphere. A little dirty but understandable given the summer season. Kids had a great time. Food was ok and enough selections for the kids.
It's good value and set up for families
Found it a bit too hectic at the pool , mealtimes and entertainment - I'm sure to be expected in school Holidays but not the relaxing break I hoped for
