Quiet location on edge of old town, but only 5 minutes walk from Cathedral. Spacious room with good bathroom - recommend the superior rooms which have a fine view of the cathedral. It can be a bit tricky accessing the hotel by car, and (pay) parking is a few minutes' walk away, so maybe not for those who are less physically able and don't relish driving in narrow streets. But perfect if car-free and happy to walk. |

a beautiful hotel, very convenient for the old centre of Santiago as well as the new zone where the main shopping can be found. Our room had an incredible view of the hotel, impossible to get from anywhere else in the city. |

Great hotel within 5 minutes walk of the main catherdral and located very centrally. Nice atmosphere and lovely decor. Rooms were clean spacious and well heated during our winter stay. The staff were very nice, helpful and very professional. |

near to the old quarter and ideal location for sightseeing. front of hotel was very noisy. couldn't sleep. ended up in quieter room in basement second night. need to request room at back but costs more. |

am ersten Tag wunderschönes Zimmer, Bei Nachbuchung von 2 Tagen, gaben sie uns nur mehr ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite, nicht mehr so schön. Personal hat teilweise nicht englisch gesprochen. |
