The free mini bar was a very nice touch, shame it had only soft drinks but you can't really complain! Having the towel rack above the bath / in the shower was a bit odd; form over function!

Hotel en la linea de todos los ac , limpio y bastante cuidado y muy recomendable. A las 10 de la mañana prácticamente no reponen nada en el desayuno, mesas sin recoger y sucias de otros desayunos eso no da muy buena imagen, creo que estamos perdiendo las buenas costumbres y deberían tener más personal o personal más dispuesto.

Está bien ubicado, a unos diez minutos del centro histórico Me desagradó la escasa limpieza de la moqueta del pasillo. El desayuno bien en general, pero eché en falta un clásico: los huevos fritos con bacon!!

La situación es muy buena, porque está muy cerca del centro, y se tiene facilidad para aparcar el cohce. Las instlaciones son muy buneas y la habitación cómoda 1.- La iluminación en especial del baño, y del espejo, es muy deficiente. 2.- El acceso al hotel es por escaleras, y no está acondicionado para personas con movilidad reducida

El personal del hotel, el equipamiento de la habitación, la tranquilidad, el detalle del mini bar gratuito, todo excelente. Por mencionar algo mejorable; a pesar de pedir y pagar una habitación doble superior, el tamaño de la habitación era muy justo; suficiente, pero justo. Imagino que la doble normal debe ser un poco angosta (o a mi no me dieron la especial, que es lo que sospecho). Como sucede en todos los hoteles, el precio del desayuno es disuasorio para los que queremos un zumo, un café y una tostada. Esto obliga a desayunar fuera, lo que resulta

Buena atención en recepción, buenísima relacion calidad/precio. Atendieron mi petición de habitación para no fumadores. Creo que un 4 estrellas debería tener wifi gratuito. El primer día, en el desayuno había mucha gente y sólo una persona que se encargaba de recoger mesas, servir café y reponer el buffet. Nos pareció demasiado para una sóla persona, lo cual suponía tener que esperar bastante.

Diseño y rapidez en chek in A pesar de que el la reserva, especificaba hab. Preferible no fumador, nos dieron una habitación, con olor a tabaco y cenicero. Tambien creo que debian de tener bidet en el baño.

Lo mejor las almohadas y el colchón, era muy cómodo. El minibar gratuito también estaba bien (aunque no tenía alcohol :d) Por decir algo... La puerta del cuarto de baño era un poco tensionante porque era semitransparente (aunque no se veía a través de ella), y no se cerraba (abría a un lado y a otro).
