Port Denia  

The people are very polite. Good location, perfect to run in the sidewalk near the sea and in the marine. Good view from the upper rooms with balcony. Good swimming pool(I didn't use it, but it seamed very good). Good free wireless.

Small room. Maybe I was unlucky with the room, but I heard the entire night water passing through some cane, maybe it was from the air condition system. Not good isolation between the rooms. Paid parking lot.

Large spacious ensuite bathrooms, very good showers.

Hotel reception was unable to find our booking of 2 rooms. Left us standing 25 mins in the lobby with no communication as the receptionist spoke on the phone. Finally gave us a room. He demanded full payment for the 7 nights in advance. We offered to pay half in cash until we got to a bank he following morning. He declined any deposit in advance. The evening meal and breakfast buffet looked very good on display, but most of the food was tasteless and undercooked. The bar closed at 11.50pm eventhough it is advertised to stay open until 1am.and no staff was available to serve us drinks in the lobby. We checked out the next morning..

We arrived at 02:00 from the ferry boat from Ibiza (what was delayed). At 11:15 (9 hours and 15 minutes later) ours keys doesn't work anymore even being the check out until noon. It is very hard to climb all their stairs with a big luggage and a wellchair. Ok, they do have a ramp, but is too strong and in a bad location.

V good, spent all my time with 3 sons on sailing and motor boat berthed in marina. Hotel a new experience only previously seen on TV programmes as my worst nightmare, given over to financially strapped geriatrics, no objections to that but an eye opener. Full marks for pleasant helpful staff. Have never had worse food or facilities. No way of even a cup of tea before 08.00, no facilities in room. Sparse in the extreme, not a tissue, teas made or wireless in sight.

Clean, close to Marina, reasonably priced. A bed and a roof over my head.

The staff were, without exception, pleasant and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for our needs.

The mix of SAGA (all inclusive) and pay-as-you-go (as we did) was tricky to manage.

The relaxing atsmosphere

I was on a family business trip with my sister which was quiet stressfull, so generally returned to the hotel early evening, which meant we were unable to use the sauna/indoor pool facility as it was closed at 7pm every day. I was told by most people that were staying there that they were annoyed there was no facility to buy drinks after 11pm if they chose to.

location and value for money

Did not realise it was a SAGA destination. Just felt a bit like a n old peoples home.

Good location for town or beach, entertainment every evening, good service in bar and restaurant

Although our room was on the side of the hotel that did not overlook the pool or have a balcony, it was more spacious than those other rooms, and the beds were bigger and very confortable. The staff were all excellent and were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in January and although the outdoor pool area was very nice it was too cold to swim. So we hoped to use the indoor pool, but this is really quite small, and not very good for actual swimming in, and the exercise facilities were very limited.

I live in Spain, some 60 klm from the hotel ,and stayed there to be with friends from England . The next day I took them approx 560 klm to Nerja on the Costa del Sol.

It was a nice hotel with reasonable standard. The brreakfirst was good.

Efficient and friendly. Clean.
