The people are very polite. Good location, perfect to run in the sidewalk near the sea and in the marine. Good view from the upper rooms with balcony. Good swimming pool(I didn't use it, but it seamed very good). Good free wireless. Small room. Maybe I was unlucky with the room, but I heard the entire night water passing through some cane, maybe it was from the air condition system. Not good isolation between the rooms. Paid parking lot.

I thought the range of food offered was excellent for the price. The indoor pool made a huge difference to our 6 year old, as did the existence of swings outside. The Bread Pudding offered as a postre on our first night was truly outstanding - haven't had better anywhere. Breakfast was good apart from the porridge and scrambled egg - the orange juice was lovely! The attempt to cater for english tourists is well worth it - your spanish food, for which I personally have a preference is already good - well it would be, you're spanish. Some of the dishes offered were not correct. Please don't overdo the bacon - it goes nice an crispy on the bain marie anyway. It doesn't need to look cremated. I know spanish like it crispy, so do the health concious english, but a little less time under the grill will do wonders for a very hard working kitchen. The scrambled egg looked like it had been processed. It was very off putting and looked more like an egg flan. Listen hombres, there are no shortcuts to making scrambled egg. The porridge - at least I think that's what it was, was way way too thin. About 50% less milk/water is what's needed there. I'm a porridge fan and I know my porridge. Coffee from the machine is dire for mild coffee drinkers. I know that's difficult because alot of spanish like strong/bitter coffee.

I liked the good treat of the staff and the views from the room. The fountain of the swimming-pool making such a noise during all the night. There was also a kind of vibration from an engine. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE ROOM WINDOW IN SUMMER TIME BECAUSE OF THE FOUNTAIN, WHICH IS MUCH MORE HEALTHIER THAN THE AIR CONDITIONING. NO RECOMMENDATION IN SUMMER.

Large spacious ensuite bathrooms, very good showers. Hotel reception was unable to find our booking of 2 rooms. Left us standing 25 mins in the lobby with no communication as the receptionist spoke on the phone. Finally gave us a room. He demanded full payment for the 7 nights in advance. We offered to pay half in cash until we got to a bank he following morning. He declined any deposit in advance. The evening meal and breakfast buffet looked very good on display, but most of the food was tasteless and undercooked. The bar closed at 11.50pm eventhough it is advertised to stay open until 1am.and no staff was available to serve us drinks in the lobby. We checked out the next morning..

Location, port and marina activity, beach. This is a hotel geared towards the Saga Company, and this sometimes causes the independant traveller annoyance, forever being asked by the staff, were we Saga all inclusive. All facilities were aimed towards the Saga traveller.

Some people of the staff were very kind, especially Sandra and Eduardo We arrived at 02:00 from the ferry boat from Ibiza (what was delayed). At 11:15 (9 hours and 15 minutes later) ours keys doesn't work anymore even being the check out until noon. It is very hard to climb all their stairs with a big luggage and a wellchair. Ok, they do have a ramp, but is too strong and in a bad location.

V good, spent all my time with 3 sons on sailing and motor boat berthed in marina. Hotel a new experience only previously seen on TV programmes as my worst nightmare, given over to financially strapped geriatrics, no objections to that but an eye opener. Full marks for pleasant helpful staff. Have never had worse food or facilities. No way of even a cup of tea before 08.00, no facilities in room. Sparse in the extreme, not a tissue, teas made or wireless in sight. Clean, close to Marina, reasonably priced. A bed and a roof over my head.

The room was perfect. The sunny balcony. The quietness. Clean and fresh with comfortable beds. The buffet meals lacked something but would struggle to put my finger on what it was. Would have liked to see some more Spanish food E.g Tapas or spanish omelette, fresh fish.

The staff were, without exception, pleasant and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for our needs. The mix of SAGA (all inclusive) and pay-as-you-go (as we did) was tricky to manage.

The hotel was very well-run and welcoming. We got free drinks with dinner which was an unexpected advantage. The hotel was situated in an attractive area on the edge of town.

Die Lage am Meer war ideal und nicht weit vom Zentrum. Die Gänge sind mit Teppich ausgelegt, kein lautes gehen hörbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet sehr fein.

酒店位置很好，我们的房间阳台就能看到美丽的海景和山景。只是酒店似乎有点年数了，一些设施有点老，但娱乐- 休闲设施很丰富，总体来说很不错。

Tanto la habitacion, como el resto de las instalaciones, bastante correctas para esta categoria. Muy bien el personal, tanto en calidad como en cantida. Se aparca bien en los alrededores, no hace falta pagar el parking. la comida. El buffet del desayuno es simplemente correctito y el de la cena es mas bien escaso encuanto a variedad, aunque este problema no es exagerado.

Lo mejor de este hotel son sus dos piscinas exteriores y la climatizada. Lo peor, la poca disposición al cliente en recepción y la masificación del comedor con un bufet casi de colegio.

Onze boeking leek niet in orde en we hebben lang moeten wachten voor we dan toch een kamer kregen toegewezen. Bij aankomst werden we verplicht om op voorhand te betalen. Dit hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt en vinden dat zeker ongepast. Het personeel was niet erg taalvaardig. Waanzinnig hoge prijs voor de parking, 12 euro per dag !!! Heel matig buffet. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat iemand daar een week tevreden mee is Goed hotel voor 75 plussers met een Benidorm cultuur !! Daar is op zich niks mis mee maar dat is wel jammer voor jongere hotelgangers.

La atención en recepción ,restaurante y cafetería muy agradable, nos cambiaron de habitación porque olia a tabaco con mucha amabilidad. Las camas super anchas. Tuvimos el spa solo para nosotros por que por la mañana el resto de clientes no se bañaban. La única peguita fue que estaba plagado de gente mayor, eso si muy educados, se notaba que eran extranjeros. El resto todo correcto.
