Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, quiet and good location. Bathroom lacked shelf for toiletries, the walk-in shower was partially blocked by the toilet pedestal on which the seat was the wrong size. The bedroom lacked a dressing table, mirror and luggage rack. The climb-in wardrobe (Narnia style) contained a three drawer chest and only three coat hangers but no light. Access was impeded because the bed was too close to the doors. None of the promised electrical items: coffee maker, dvd and cd player were in situ on arrival, nor were there cups or drinking mugs. The large cupboard with boiler cleared the sink's taps by about 20cm so washing was difficult. The hotel is full of designer gear but badly thought out in terms of use.

Staff was very nice and helpful, room was very clean and nicely designed, we realy apreciated our stay. -There may be a need to better isolate rooms on the street side from external noise. - Parking is little expensive

We loved the suites. They are built very stylish and are located right in the heart of the city making everything well in reach. The staff was very friendly and the apartments very clean and comfortable. We loved the extra large comfy bed. The only counter-side of booking these suites is the lack of parking space. The hotel is located in a narrow street and the parking becomes a hassle after a long journey. We had to pay an extra 58 eur for 3 days for parking in the nearby parking plaza which is really expensive.

A spacious apartment with a parking building nearby. Walking distance to the old and new town. Close to bus stop for the Alhambra and other attractions. You can park close to the hotel to un-load your luggage. 24 hour desk, excellent WiFi access and excellent self-service breakfast. The lounge and bedroom lighting was poor (too dark). Cars passing in front of the hotel often drove over a man-hole-cover that caused a ‘thump-thump’ throughout the day and night.

Excellent location. The place is very special with a contemporary design. They thaought about everything to ensure our comfort; multi jet shower (I could have stayed there for an hour), very good heating system (important in Granada at this time of the year). The lounge and breakfast areas are quite surprising... overall, an enjoyeable experience. Parking, of course... afterall, this is the old town. But at least there is a discount if you stamp your parking ticket at the hotel.

Great Location, the beds were really comfortable, nice feather duvets. The place was quite difficult to find, Granada has very difficult road systems, lots of one way streets. The Portago is on quite a busy road so at night it was very noisy outside, you could hear the shops closing and opening and people coming out of the bars. The parking is a bit of a problem and quite a distance from the hotel. The apartments were quite basically equipped especially the kitchen. Eg no kettle or coffee making facilities,

The hotel was very well located and central. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were travelling with a baby and were placed in a room with no access by elevator meaning we had to carry the pushchair up a large flight of chairs everytime we came and went.

The size of the 1 bedroom apartment for 2 people is very well appropriate for our stay. The commodity of the hotel in town is well situated. Also, the staff is welcoming. We came in a period that we had to close our windows on the street, but the noise in the street.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 4 persons and it was very comfortable. I loved the bedrooms. They were nice and spacious and well designed. The living area was also very spacious and pleasant. Our room had a weird toilet smell that stunk the whole apartment. Which got fixed or either we got used to. Some of the lights in our apartment didn't work which we had to ask for replacement lights. The hotel itself is beautiful but is slightly run down, as the walls in the toilets were peeling and not very attractive.

The simphaty of everybody. Trying to rich the hotel by car - a nigtmare. First nigt we stayed in a room facing the street. We dindn't sleep at all. Maintrass is unbelivable bad, anda the noise is unbarrable. Second night, we mooved to the 3º flooor - much better. Altough the design is very interesting, quality of the furniture is very bad and lots of thinhs are fowlling apart. Breakfast is poor.

The hotel staff were very helpful with site seeing and restaurant suggestions. Near Alhambra bus stop, but you could also walk up the hill, too. The interior design is quite funky. Our room was near the lobby and some noisy, and not as dark as we'd like for sleeping.
